After spending nine years in a cave in Henan contemplating the fate of humanity he came out teaching the Right Ways. Thats the start of what is known as Zen Buddhism, later spreading to Japan, Korea and beyond. He saw that the monks were in bad physical shape and started martial arts. Thats what became Kong Fu. The amazing, wonderful story of the Shaolin Temple, linking the great Indian and Chinese civilizations:
