Going in for hernia surgery, I appreciate all of your prayers / encouragement, it means a lot. If you’re seeing this after a few hours, there’s a good chance the procedure is already done! I’ll see y’all on the other side 🙏

Medical experts: what are your thoughts? It’s an umbilical hernia. I need to have something done about it sooner rather than later. I’ve tried braces, tape, etc. without much relief. All part of the journey I guess. #weightlossjourney #weightloss #fatloss #fat #hernia

A POUND of ground beef and some iceberg lettuce, not the most creative or tasty meal, but it does the job when you have protein goals to hit!! 😂 This one was a bit too much volume, even for me 😅 #weightlossjourney #weightloss #fatloss #fat #nutrition

My signature Caesar that I ate almost every day while going down from 660 to 500lbs 👀 This was higher calorie because of the chicken thigh… regardless, this was one of my 2 meals every day, it kept me full, and helped me reach my nutrition goals 😁 #weightlossjourney #cooking

I am not okay. I will probably be taking a break from this stuff for a day or two, we’ll see.

Pepperoni and Pickle wraps that are high protein AND high fiber! I’ve been trying to make a lot of high fiber meals this past week; because staying regular is super important after the surgery! Macros: 590 cal, 74g protein, 44g carb, and 27g fat (for both!)
