For the Ukrainian people, for European security and to preserve global stability. Russia needs to stop this war of aggression. Russia must accept an immediate and unconditional cease fire. Russia must engage in real peace negotiations. We will continue to give full support to Ukraine and put pressure on Russia to achieve a just, lasting peace.

A multipolar world requires multilateral solutions. In this new reality, the EU must defend the rules-based international order. Violations of international law must not be accepted, human rights violations must not be tolerated. Freedom and human rights cannot be achieved through bombs. Only international law upholds them.
