We have heard Senator Hassan Omar Hassan's tongue-in-cheek apology on his 41 against 1 divisive talk that's a threat to our National unity and Cohesion,but nothing from his Boss who is supposed to be a symbol of National unity and in whose presence his SG made the offensive remarks without any admonition! The hyena told the stone,even if you're quiet,you have heard what Kenyans are saying, they will not go down that 2007/08 road!

23 years ago today, Raila Odinga came in style to mourn his friend Michael Wamalwa Kijana and delivered bulls to our home in Kitale. Today, i lead members of my family, my party DAP-K Party, and the larger luhya family to Kang'o ka Jaramogi in Bondo to honor our departed hero. The Wamalwa family and the larger luhya family have had a long and deep history of friendship, good neigbouliness, and shared values and idiologies towards a better Kenya, which we commit carry on, even after loosing our hero #RipRailaOdinga

Today we returned court to receive judgement on the Malava by election petition with my brother Dr Boni Khalwale, MD, CBS and Hon Seth Panyako. We thank our Legal team led by our senior counsel Nelson Havi SC and Edgar Busiega who put their best legal foot foward though we didn’t succeed we believe we will succeed on appeal as we have good grounds as advised by our counsels. This morning, joining fellow mourners at Nyayo Stadium in Nairobi to honor the doyen and enigma of Kenyan politics, the Rt. Hon. The Raila Odinga Amolo Foundation , I couldn’t help but remember how he mourned my late brother Mike, arriving in Kitale with bulls. I also recall one of the most trying moments during my tenure as a minister under President Uhuru Kenyatta Commentary Kenyatta, when the Rt. Hon. The Raila Odinga Amolo Foundation arrived unannounced at the requiem mass of my late sister-in-law, Yvonne Wamalwa, at Consolata Shrine in Westlands just a few days after he had been sworn in as the People’s President at Uhuru Park, Nairobi. I didn’t even know how to introduce him, and I’ll never forget how witty he was that day. #Jowi

Brainless is he who doesn’t know the difference between a private and public hospital. Brainless is he who doesn’t know that a “patron” is an honorary position and not a shareholding or decision making position that can allow one to usurp the powers of the board. Brainless is he who has been given the powers by Kenyans to ensure realization of affordable quality healthcare for each Kenyan under Art .43 COK and has instead seen collapse of all referral hospitals like KNH, MTRH and is now busy trying to hijack private hospitals like Nairobi. Brainless is he who has numerous unfulfilled promises in western Kenya and other regions and while expected to bring tangible development during his visit has delivered tonnes of insults

Today We head to Court after all the Tuju arrest drama yesterday where he was manhandled by DCI officers who forcefully tried to remove him from Hon Kalonzo’s car and bundle him into their subaru, in the process seriously injuring his back that had been previously injured in a car accident.Also injured was a young medic who was attending to him at Karen police station. There is more than meets the eye in the manner the Tuju issue has been handled by the State and the level of force deployed from his Dari hotel where hundreds of goons and police officers, land cruisers and subarus swarmed at ungodly hours,to his Karen residence and Karen police station where he was roughed up with his lawyers and doctors! We demand due process and respect for the rule of law, the Constitution and all laws of Our land including the National Police Service Act which requires our Police to act not as a Force but as a Service striving for the highest standards of professionalism, discipline and and respect for human rights including the rights of suspects during and after arrest.What We saw yesterday were the lowest standards of professionalism and an urgent need for further police reforms.

Kenyans made noise about the opaque 30year JKIA/KETRACO leasing deals with Adani until they were dropped. Kenyans are today making noise in Bungoma, Chemilil,Kisumu and Migori about the opaque 30year Nzoia,Chemilil,Muhoroni and Sony sugar companies leasing deals, without proper public participation,but will the tone deaf Bread-Based Government listen? We stand with Governor Gov. Anyang' Nyong'o and the people of Kisumu County ! We stand with the People of Bungoma County Ke in saying No to the sugar companies heist!
