this is INSANE. this is what it's like being an ioi manager who has to handle 9 members from 9 different companies (8 actually). even for a single group photo, they have to get confirm from all 9 companies first. there are so many group chats, and if you don't check them for just 10 mnts, there'll already be hundreds of messages waiting. whenever a schedule is planned, they have to confirm it with all 9 companies. if even one company can't make it work, they have to reschedule everything and go through the whole confirmation process all over again.
