this is INSANE. this is what it's like being an ioi manager who has to handle 9 members from 9 different companies (8 actually). even for a single group photo, they have to get confirm from all 9 companies first. there are so many group chats, and if you don't check them for just 10 mnts, there'll already be hundreds of messages waiting. whenever a schedule is planned, they have to confirm it with all 9 companies. if even one company can't make it work, they have to reschedule everything and go through the whole confirmation process all over again.

🐶 that’s why i have this routine now, whenever i meet a new dance choreographer, i tell them first, “sonsaengnim, don't be surprised, just hear me out first. ever since long ago, i kinda have this thing where i cry during dance practice. so if i suddenly start crying, don't be shocked. that just means i'm getting more focused on the dance, so just don't mind me.” 🐶 the members know about it now too. at first they were worried like, “unnie, are you crying? are you okay?” but i hate when that embarrassing side of me gets noticed, i just want everyone to focus on their own stuff. 👨🏻 so they don't focus on me? 🐶 yeah, so i told them, “guys, i always cry when i dance anyway, so don't worry about it, just keep doing what you're doing.” and after that, now whenever the members see me crying, they just glance over at me for a second. and later if they catch me crying again they'll just go, “guys, look, sejeong's crying again ㅋㅋㅋ”
