Many Ronald McDonald Houses are located near Shriner Children’s Hospitals (e.g. Galveston and Texas), where up to 90% of guests are Shriner patients, with Shriners members volunteering, delivering gifts, and collaborating on family support and paediatric heath care for children. Ronald McDonald wears red shoes, and they also have a Red shoe society through their Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) — all related to children. There was information released about a now deleted interview made by the famous child actor in the Home Alone film series, Macaulay Culkin. Culkin said that he witnessed production executives working with him wearing these red shoes, and one of them said to him that those shoes were made out of human skin of children, who died from Satanic ritual murder and abuse. According to Culkin, Heather O’Rourke, was one such victim.
