What a shitshow with all these 5-second penalties for speeding! It seems the reason is that drivers are cutting the pit lane entry and exit, which shortens the measured distance compared to the time it takes to cover it. But Gasly and the others are surely well under 60 kph limit, so how can they even get a penalty for speeding? I'm also not sure if cutting the line inside the pit lane is actually against the rules... Protests are definitely incoming. Russell even got a penalty for not serving an incorrect penalty... #MonacoGP

How close was Kimi Antonelli to losing his Monaco win? He was just before the pit entry when Stroll crashed and the Safety Car was deployed. Mercedes didn’t make the call to pit (the audio is delayed here — they actually had plenty of time and had even discussed it on the radio beforehand). This was the key mistake from Mercedes. Antonelli got stuck behind the Safety Car, while Hamilton and Leclerc were able to pit immediately. 🇲🇨However, in Monaco: The SC delta is very slow and the lap is so short that Hamilton couldn’t close the gap enough. Kimi was able to complete a full lap behind the Safety Car, make his pit stop, and still rejoin in P1 ahead of Hamilton. On any other track, he would have lost the lead.❌#MonacoGP

⚠️ Wow, Lance Stroll walked straight away to ambulance in the pit lane, probably disoriented. Watch the video 🎥 Alex Albon was taken to the medical centre of #QatarGP because of exhaustion and heat exposure. Lando Norris said several drivers have passed out there. Ocon said he was throwing up for two laps. Stroll said everything was blurry for last 25-30 laps and he was passing out in high speed corners. Sargeant had to retire during the race. #F1

I saw multiple interviews from Red Bull representatives this week and I'm now 100 % confident Daniel Ricciardo will be sacked after #SingaporeGP. No more denial, Ricciardo himself, Verstappen and Horner speaking like it's already done. ❌ Allegedly, Red Bull needs to make space for Lawson for at least 5 races or he is free to leave Red Bull family according to his contract.
