The FAA is installing Tower Simulation Systems at airports to certify air traffic controllers faster and keep the nation’s airspace safe. The state-of-the-art systems cut training time for controllers, train for complex airport configurations, develop scenarios that address safety trends, practice runway crossing coordination and rehearse phraseology.
