The four biblical examples in this article DO NOT explicitly indicate we have entered the end of days But the media are really leaning into the narrative at this time for obvious reasons First, Matthew 24:6-7, wars and rumors of wars have been a thing since Jesus said this in the first century. But proper context of the passage says “…but the end is not yet…” 🤷🏻♂️ Next, Ezekiel 38:5 does mention a “coalition of nations” that come up against the people of God, but proper context of the chapter shows that this is apocalyptic theology about the final defeat of supernatural and earthly enemies AFTER Israel is restored “living securely without walls.” It’s explicitly NOT about contemporary geopolitics. But some brethren can’t help themselves. Third, 1 Thessalonians 5:3 says there will be sudden destruction after “peace and safety,” which is NOT the current situation in contemporary Middle East. Finally, the “Day of the Lord” mentioned multiple times in Scripture is about God’s decisive confrontation with rebellion (human and supernatural) followed by the restoration of His rule over the earth. It doesn’t have to have any relevance to contemporary geopolitics Bad hermeneutics lead to misleading contemporary support for geopolitical violence and I simply won’t stand for it It’s weaponizing Scripture, and it’s wrong I don’t care if a million ppl disagree with me on this. I am heavily convicted that using Scripture like this is irresponsible

🚨 IS THIS PROOF WE NEVER WENT TO THE MOON? Watch the clip until the end!! In 2001, documentary filmmaker, Bart Sibrel published, “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Moon” The film shares footage from inside the space shuttle of Apollo 11 in 1969 that was never supposed to become public At the end of this clip, you can clearly see the exposure of the camera change from inside the spaceship proving that the crew used lighting tricks to make a small round window in the space shuttle look like the whole Earth. This doesn’t conclusively prove that they never went to the moon. But it does show that at the very least, images of the Earth from space that aired on television was fake. Believe it or not, this is Biblical In Romans 8:19–23, creation waits, groans, and labors as in childbirth In Isaiah 24:4-6, Hosea 4:1-3, Joel 1:10 all talk about how the earth mourns In Isaiah 24:20, the earth reels to an fro like a drunk because of the transgressions In Genesis 4:10–12, Abel’s blood cries from the ground; the ground is affected by Cain’s sin In Leviticus 18:25–28, the land is described as defiled and as “vomiting out” its inhabitants In Numbers 35:33–34, it says bloodshed pollutes the land Psalm 96:11–13 talks about how the earth and trees are rejoicing, and the field joyful In Isaiah 55:12, the mountains and hills break forth into singing, trees clap their hands In Leviticus 25:2–5 and 2 Chronicles 36:20–21, the land is given a sabbath and enjoys rest It goes on and on It may not be as the new agers characterize with Gaia But biblically speaking, the earth itself is very much an intelligent being awaiting restoration along with the rest of us ✝️
