An ugly and unacceptable scene at the National Games football semifinal in Karachi. Moments after the Army–WAPDA match ended, players from both sides clashed violently at KPT Sports Complex. Army players celebrated aggressively in front of WAPDA’s bench, triggering a heated exchange that quickly turned into a full-blown fight. A player from WAPDA escalated the chaos by kicking an Army player, while several WAPDA players then stormed toward the referee over a disputed decision. The referee fled to the officials’ room, but players forced their way inside and allegedly assaulted him. Match Commissioner and officials will now submit a full report to POA and the Football Federation, with strict disciplinary action expected against players from both teams.

ICC Champions Trophy Preparations at National Stadium Karachi - The upgrade project of NSK is nearing completion. - Installation of seats in enclosures has begun. - A new parking area for 2,700 vehicles is being developed. - PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi visited NSK late at night. He reviewed the finishing work of the building and inspected progress on various floors. Naqvi directed the swift installation of scoreboards and LED lights, emphasizing rapid progress. Lights and screens to be installed by mid-January. "The work has been done at incredible speed within a short time," said Naqvi. "We'll complete NSK's upgrade before the Champions Trophy. Facilities for cricket fans are being enhanced."

Give the kid a break - he's only 15 years old. He lost the match from a leading position and was frustrated with himself after such a tense game. Post the full video showing the player's frustration after the loss, including how he cried afterward. In the video, he can be heard saying, "I'm not mad at you." The coaches from both sides shook hands as well. If there had been anything unsportsmanlike, the ITF would have fined the Pakistan team. Targeting a 15-year-old kid just to push your hateful agenda is pathetic stuff.
