A more comprehensive Emmy Rossum sizzle reel for good measure. Seriously, what Showtime did with the American adaptation of Shameless is something amazing. I'm not saying the show was without faults, and truthfully, on most metrics, I preferred the original British version, but there's one major exception that Showtime nailed. The frequent gratuitous nude scenes. They and HBO had cracked something that TV series never really had, not mainstream ones anyway and certainly nowhere near to this extent. Why they frittered it all away some years ago, I'll never understand, but I hope they can reclaim that crown. Heaven knows no one else is wearing it.
