What if one of these students is injured… or killed? Who will take responsibility then? One of the boys is the only child of his Parent. Right now, she is panicking, crying, her blood pressure rising, begging: “Police no kee my pikin na only him I born.” A child sent to school to study was arrested in his own room. Dragged out like a criminal for speaking up. Instead of being in classrooms, building their future, they are being forced toward prison and hard labour like criminals. This is cruelty.
