This story blows parents’ minds every time. This athlete out-hit Max Clark as a junior… Played on a lineup with 8 Power-4 commits… Threw 93 from the outfield, 106 exit velo, 6.6 sixty, 6'2 / 200 lbs… And still had nothing. Why? Because recruiting isn’t about numbers alone. It’s about when you show up. When he finally went to camp ready it took 13 minutes. One call. One decision. Now he plays every day as a true freshman and is an All-American. This is the mistake parents make: They chase exposure before development is finished. Recruiting rewards readiness not noise. Build first. Then go get noticed. #BaseballRecruiting #AthleteDevelopment #SportsParents #CoachJeremyFouts #CorVive

A parent asked me the other day how come Pearson's just going Juco? I laughed. D1 Juco is where the big boys go to build a resume. College coaches at that level are elite at roster construction and evaluation. You're not sliding in as a freshman and starting. You're competing against some of the best talent in the country. Out of 300+ D1 NCAA baseball programs, D1 Juco is on par with or better than the majority of them. 200 of those D1 schools would struggle to compete with a D1 Juco program heads up. This isn't a consolation path. This is the right path for athletes who are serious about what comes next. Pearson's ready. Cincinnati first. Then we go get it. Parents this is how you clean up fast food without sacrificing performance. The original Chick-fil-A sandwich has 60+ ingredients. This one has 14… and every single one serves a purpose. Real chicken. Real carbs. Real fats. No fillers. No shortcuts. We marinate the chicken in pickle juice and milk to lock in flavor and tenderness, then bake it instead of frying to keep it clean while still tasting elite. The homemade sauce brings it all together without the junk. And here’s the key your athlete still feels like they’re eating something fun. That’s how you win long term. This sandwich comes out to 580 calories with 48g protein, 54 carbs, and 16 fats a perfect meal for performance, recovery, or even a solid pre-game option depending on timing. Parents, you can even swap the bun for lettuce if you’re watching your own intake… but your athlete needs the carbs. 👉 If your athlete is training hard but still not seeing results, DM me. Pizza that actually fits your macros. Yes, really. The crust is ground chicken, mozzarella, and one egg. That's it. Bake it first, then add your toppings like any other pizza. One slice: 215 calories, 23g protein, 2g carbs, 12g fat. Athletes need carbs though so we made cheesy breadsticks to go with it. Butter, garlic salt, Parmesan, mozzarella. Eight minutes in the oven. Parents get the pizza. Athletes get the pizza and the breadsticks. Everybody wins. 👉 If your athlete is training hard but still not seeing results, DM me. Last year he hit 7-8 balls to the warning track. Same kid. Same swing. Same work ethic. We built him a custom meal plan around his lift schedule, his practice timing, and a calorie surplus with the right macros. He gained 25 pounds 170 to 195. This year he hit 7 home runs. Every 15 pounds of lean mass adds around 5 mph of bat speed. That's 25-30 feet of extra distance on every ball he hits. That's not a coincidence. That's fueling with purpose. That athlete is my son Pearson. And he's proof that a custom plan built around YOUR body and YOUR schedule changes everything. I'm opening 30 spots this summer for a 12-week custom program. Comment GRIND and I'll reach out to you personally. #AthleteNutrition #BaseballTraining #SportsParents #AthleteFuel #HighSchoolAthlete #TexasAthlete #Baseball #CustomMealPlan

“What do we do for an 8:30am game?” We’ve been there. You’ve gotta be at the field by 7:30… It’s an hour drive… You’re leaving the house at 6:30… And the easy answer is fast food but that’s not the right answer. Instead, we prep breakfast taquitos the night before so there’s zero stress in the morning. Eggs + chicken sausage for protein. Tortillas for carbs. A little cheese for flavor and balance. Warm them up, eat them in the car, and you’re good to go. 📌 2 Taquitos: 355 calories 24g protein | 42g carbs | 10g fat This gives your athlete real fuel before the game without feeling heavy or sluggish. No drive-thru. No guessing. No excuses. Early games don’t change the standard they just require better preparation. Parents fuel your athletes. #Prosper #GoEagles #WalnutGrove #RockHill #Baseball #TexasAthlete

Game day nutrition isn’t random it’s planned. Pearson has his first district baseball game tonight vs McKinney Boyd, and if something works, we don’t change it. So today he ordered his classic filet mignon sandwich, the same meal he used during last season when he played well. The goal isn’t just to eat it’s to fuel the entire day correctly. About 6 hours before the game, he’ll eat the steak sandwich with toasted bread and provolone along with his CorVive Hydrate. Later in the afternoon after hitting, he’ll have a turkey sandwich with mustard, lettuce, tomato, and pretzels for more carbs and lean protein. Then about 30–45 minutes before the game, he’ll have a quick carb source with a tortilla, honey, and banana, along with CorVive Energy for focus and performance. During the game he’ll sip on Hydrate between innings to stay ahead of dehydration, and we keep simple dugout snacks ready like fruit snacks, fruit jerky, or applesauce pouches for quick energy if needed. Game day success isn’t just about practice it’s about fueling the body throughout the entire day. Parents, pay attention to how your athletes are fueling before competition. Fuel them athletes. #Prosper #GoEagles #MckinneyBoyd #Districts #Game1 #WalnutGrove #RockHill #Baseball #TexasAthlete
