I asked Javier Mascherano if it was an opposing coach that did what he did, would he view it as okay. He avoided answering directly, which led to an exchange with myself and other media. I acknowledged he did not break a rule, but asked him if he thinks the rule should change much in same way he thought the All Star Game suspension rule should change. Another exchange. “I can shout (instructions to a substitute player), but the ones who indicated (the instructions were others). “If a fan is allowed to be in the middle of the stands using a flare to make smoke signals and a player can see you, why can’t I? “In the end, I’m in the same position as any spectator.” “Whether it was good or bad, I adapted to the rules. “I am going to do everything possible to help my players. “If someone thinks that’s wrong, that’s fine by me. “So many things are done wrong. Why can’t I do something wrong once?” #InterMiamiCF #Messi𓃵
