They knew people would choose their freedom over all else, having been trapped in their homes for so long. I left the Tory party because I was horrified by this, and other harmful authoritarian policies in 2020/21. I could see then, how Uniparty authoritarianism could be the start of a dangerous creep. That fear has been realised, with the chains of digital ID looming large. Yesterday’s new defector was as shocking as it was disappointing. When I joined the Reform Party, Richard Tice was being refreshingly vocal about the emotional, physical and economic harms of lockdowns. Has Reform forgotten? I know Reform members haven’t. I desperately want to make sense of this news, and the mixed messages from the party I’ve been actively supporting in their bid to save this country. We are in so much trouble, and we simply haven’t got time for mistakes. I’d welcome thoughts from other Reformers.
