MUST WATCH for $BMNR shareholders. Tom Lee's pay package approval is next week + $BMNR has over $1B cash on hand & if the vote passes, authorization for 50B shares. If what Michael says is true, we could see an EXPLOSIVE move in very short order in $ETH h/t The Rollup

Yesterday, I posted a video on 3 reasons I’m buying $BMNR highlight that Tom Lee as an advocate was a big reason. YouTube viewers actually commented to call this man the “2025 Cathie Wood” saying it’s easy to be a genius in a bull market. That’s frankly an intellectually dishonest oversimplification because I’m old enough to remember back in 2019 when Becky Quick called Tom Lee crazy for advocating 1-2% in $BTC when it was literally $5,000 (I was buying BTC around this time). There’s a reason many retail investors are following Thomas (Tom) Lee (not drummer) FSInsight.com into $BMNR. Not because he’s a “pumper” or a sign of a euphoric market, but because he has been true to his convictions from day one. For years. In this latest bull market yes, but he was also consistently the most optimistic analyst on the street in 2022 during the bear. People remember that level of conviction. And they respect it. So in that context I’m not shocked that he’s a major reason for the retail flows into $BMNR.

$NBIS MISSOURI DC COUNCIL MEETING VOTE UPDATE I watched this council meeting so you didn't have to. Here's the GOOD & BAD News... Nebius was mentioned several times in relation to a resolution put up to vote. This vote on Resolution 26002 passed 7-0. What was this vote about? The city of Independence MO voted tonight to approve an energy purchase agreement to support Nebius DC. This is a "power bridge" to cover the energy gap from June 2026 to October 2027, until construction of the new private power plant is complete. Later in the meeting, we also got more details on the Chapter 100 ordinances (essentially the buildout approval). The first reading is set for the second meeting in February. The second reading and final vote will be on March 2nd, per the Interim City Manager. The bad news is that this might take a bit longer than I had initially thought as $NBIS would likely not announce anything until the second reading approval (March 2nd) (or maybe until earnings, after the first reading if they're confident). The GOOD news: while this isn't the Chapter 100 approval yet, Nebius is specifically named in the bridge power resolution that passed. This increases confidence that this is a done deal (there's no reason for the city to approve the power and then block the DC buildout later) There were also some comments on noise, outstanding questions about buildout, and one council member wanted to have a townhall Q&A on Nebius. I've stitched the most interesting segments in the clip below.

This week's $BMNR Recap was 34 mins (link below) Here's a small snippet of one of the more controversial topics. I want to keep my assessment honest, bullish or bearish. No echo chambers. We got GREAT movement on Clarity, but this is the nr. 1 news I didn't love this week.

Multiple reports that Tom Lee Thomas (Tom) Lee (not drummer) FSInsight.com has turned bullish on $HIMS, adding it to their "small to medium granny shots" list. Very bullish for $HIMS !! Going higher from here! Here's Tom on CNBC on Friday talking about 2025, saying he's not worried and its a great setup.

Hi Alex Chriss, You likely recall my co-host @Kross_Roads. He’s been $PYPL ’s fiercest defender, but last night he raised valid concerns that are shaking the retail base. Might be worth another chat. I know the retail community would appreciate it. Cheers & Happy Holidays! 🎄
