🤯DistanceFields is just an insane technology O_O ⛓️Sampling the DistanceField CollisionQuery to avoid particle clipping: 🔷if Distance to field is less than ParticleRadius - then it means that Particle is clipping through geometry => I correct it's position back to surface Since I'm using SimulationStage - it has same update rate as Constraint, so it doesn't break. #distancefield #niagara

![[WIP] as requested by followers, working on some vines vegetation examples p.s. it's not always about tentacles! 😁 #ue5 #niagara](https://image.24vids.com/tw-2052005234495389929/amplify_video_thumb/2052005040936648704/img/DK_-5SX9FrE_tbTZ.jpg)
![[WIP] Working on examples for upcoming Ropes pack 🪢 🔸Made Static/Skeletal Mesh Position sampling 🔸Optimized timings and code for Collisions and Constraints 🔸Added "stretch" factor [visible with colour change] 🔸Made some interactable TopDown blueprints Planning to release the pack by the end of April or early May. Stay tuned 🪄🫣 #ue5 #niagara](https://image.24vids.com/tw-2044195589164843240/amplify_video_thumb/2044193975402430464/img/9kSLEnMlkOrcSYMh.jpg)

![[WIP]🦑 Managed to apply actor mesh physics asset collision, to make simulation more accurate When spawned - NS is searching for Actors with specified tag and caches them in a list of "colliders" in Collision #DataInterface (DI) still needs some polishing in behaviour #ue5 #niagara](https://image.24vids.com/tw-2050930373735883125/amplify_video_thumb/2050929314032406528/img/LW_c6lO3h6TS6SGu.jpg)
