Books padhi, Vrindavan, Akbarpur, Lucknow aur Neem Karoli ki journeys ki, logon se mile, unki yaadein aur experiences sune aur saal-dar-saal is kahani ko samajhte chale gaye. 2017 tak story ne ek shape lena shuru kiya aur 2023 mein unhone apni research ka scope aur bhi bada kar diya. 17 years of research was not just about making a film… it was his journey of faith and devotion towards Baba. Vishal khud Neem Karoli Baba ke devotional songs gaate rahe hain. Unke liye Baba sirf ek film ka subject nahi hain.. Baba is a part of his faith, his belief & his life. Jab script ready hui, toh unhone ise OTT platforms tak le jaane ki koshish ki. But the answer was a BIG NO. OTT santon ki stories mein invest karne ke liye interested nahi tha. Lekin Vishal ne haar nahi maani. Financial problems aayi. Kai saal investors ki talaash mein nikal gaye. Film mein koi big star nahi tha, isliye koi easily paisa lagane ko ready nahi tha. But his faith never broke. Aakhirkaar kuch log mile, jinhone unki story, unke vision aur unke passion par trust kiya. Aur shayad wahi moment tha jab yeh journey sirf ek film ki nahi rahi… Yeh aastha ki journey ban gayi. ❤️ Vishal chahte the ki Neem Karoli Baba ka role koi aisa face play kare, jiske upar pehle se kisi established star ki image haavi na ho.
