JUST IN: Today I filed legal action to stop a proposed aluminum smelting complex in Inola that is majority-controlled by an Islamic foreign monarchy, backed by hundreds of millions in taxpayer subsidies and tied to permanent foreign-owned industrial land in Oklahoma. Oklahoma welcomes businesses that want to invest, create jobs and play by the rules. What we should not accept is a massive foreign-controlled industrial project that threatens our land, water, agriculture and power grid. I’ll always fight to protect Oklahoma families and Oklahoma communities first.

Just wrapped up a productive meeting at the White House with Vice President JD Vance focused on fighting fraud, protecting taxpayers and strengthening coordination between states and the federal government. I joined attorneys general from across the country, working alongside the administration to crack down on Medicaid fraud, organized criminal schemes and corporations that take advantage of consumers. Oklahoma is proving that aggressive enforcement and strong partnerships get results.
