I am American. I was born American. This is my home. The only one I’ve truly known. I’ve seen 38 of the 50 states, and Puerto Rico, I’ve been to the North, South, East and West. I’ve seen the mountains, the Bayou, the plains, the Lakes, the rust belt, the desert, the glaciers, the tropics, the cities, the whole thing. I’ve lived this country. I know this country. I know my countrymen, met thousands of them, they know me, and they’re my family in this big place we call home. Cheers to my fellow Americans and Happy 4th of July.
