Here is what Happened: Bionca Ellis steals two kitchen knives from a Volunteers of America Thrift Store near a Giant Eagle in North Olmsted, Ohio. She enters the Giant Eagle, spots 3-year-old Julian Wood and his mother, Margot Wood, and follows them to the parking lot.
