Invented a new hobby called garage fishing. If you hook a big one you win. It’s a really fun game, it’s great for improving morale in the workshop and it helps pass the time when there’s not much work on.

Oh the things you can achieve with a rope and pulley setup in the garage. Lifting heavy things, moving heavy things or even uncovering heavy things 🤣

When things are quiet in the workshop, you still gotta find a way to pass the time… it’s usually a good excuse to tidy up or work on a project, or we could just do this… 🤣

Things you can do in your garage when you have free will. Or is it boredom? I don’t know. Maybe I need a new project to work on.

Keeping your yard tractor clean may seem almost unnecessary to a lot of people but it helps with the overall longevity of the machine. Less dust in and around mechanical components is always a good thing.

Alloy wheels wheels need a good polish every now and then. While it isn’t the most interesting job in the world, it’s a good excuse to put on some good tunes and hang out in the garage for an hour or 2.

Cleaning your trucks wheels can be as simple as giving them a hose and a wipe. Or if you want to do it the right way use a light on the surface, it will show every little detail so you won’t miss any spot at all.

They’re big, round and look amazing after a wash. Your wheels need care and maintenance just like any other part of your truck. So it stands to reason that you use high quality products just like you’d use on the engine.

The more solid tool gets the job done every time! Lightweight thin tools can work in the hands of the right operator, but for comfort in hand and ease of the job, a bigger heavier tool can’t be beaten..

Everyone bags Ryobi, yet I’m yet to see any of the other brands do this… Would be glad to put them to the test.

Today’s shed plan: put a work light on a skateboard and try to roll it through the middle for “lighting tests.” Accuracy was poor. Attempts were many. Eventually the light hit the right spot and… the results were very illuminating.
