Invented a new hobby called garage fishing. If you hook a big one you win. It’s a really fun game, it’s great for improving morale in the workshop and it helps pass the time when there’s not much work on.

Things you can do in your garage when you have free will. Or is it boredom? I don’t know. Maybe I need a new project to work on.

Auto sidesteps are cool and all, but they aren’t super helpful on a lifted truck. I just stick with the stock steps and jump the rest 🤣

When things are quiet in the workshop, you still gotta find a way to pass the time… it’s usually a good excuse to tidy up or work on a project, or we could just do this… 🤣

There’s a lot of different tools out there.. But a heavy, solid tool always gets the job done. Smaller lighter tools can in some instances but only in the hands of an experienced operator.

Keeping your yard tractor clean may seem almost unnecessary to a lot of people but it helps with the overall longevity of the machine. Less dust in and around mechanical components is always a good thing.

The best thing about cleaning wheels is that once you’ve finished one, there’s always another 3 to go! Or 4 if you feel like climbing under the truck 😅

Alloy wheels wheels need a good polish every now and then. While it isn’t the most interesting job in the world, it’s a good excuse to put on some good tunes and hang out in the garage for an hour or 2.

If you’re looking for that really finished look after detailing your truck, cleaning your sidewalls may sound silly, but you’d be surprised just how much of an impact it can make.

Cleaning your trucks wheels can be as simple as giving them a hose and a wipe. Or if you want to do it the right way use a light on the surface, it will show every little detail so you won’t miss any spot at all.

Today’s shed plan: put a work light on a skateboard and try to roll it through the middle for “lighting tests.” Accuracy was poor. Attempts were many. Eventually the light hit the right spot and… the results were very illuminating.

They’re big, round and look amazing after a wash. Your wheels need care and maintenance just like any other part of your truck. So it stands to reason that you use high quality products just like you’d use on the engine.
