I'm not moving my head AT ALL! Today I tried making a low mobility rig. Body and head rotation are tied to eye-look, and blinking triggers a little bounce. 🥰 I thought this might be useful for vtubers with mobility challenges OR who just forget to puppeteer mid-stream (me). 😂

I'm back with ANOTHER tutorial to help level-up 3D vtubers!! Get this smooth face-following gimbal camera in Warudo in under 5 minutes! It looks AMAZING with backgrounds. And you could even use a screen with a 2D image instead of an environment! 🌻

Played around with Brielle Garcia 's SelfReflect app today and HOLY, it is SO good!! Its main strength is that it can do facial, finger, and full- or half-body tracking AT THE SAME TIME. Nothing else I know of does all this at anywhere near the same level of performance right now.

A subtle feature of my upcoming VRChat face tracking template is that you can customize your avatar to your heart's content without breaking the blink blendshapes! No one would ever notice it unless I pointed it out, but I'm proud of myself so I need you to notice please 🥺🥺🥺

I've been testing #soulartstation for a few weeks and I absolutely DO recommend them! My full video, including comparisons between Soulart, VIVE, and Rebocap, will be coming soon! But for now, here are some initial thoughts as you consider whether to back their Kickstarter:

Combining the best aspects of ARKit’s super-accurate face tracking with Live2D’s highly controlled mouth forms? They said it was pointless but I’m a shroom with a dream 🥹

Tongue tracking for pixel-peepers! I got tired of clipping and ugly mouth blends so I whole-assed the tongue system and now it's just so 😚👌 Coming soon to a VRChat avatar near you!! Also compatible with ANY face tracker, even if it doesn't have built-in tongue tracking. 😉

Here's a side-by-side comparison of the default body movement settings in Warudo versus my "Live2D" movement system! The left side is straight out of the onboarding wizard, with no changes to any settings. You can move like this too - I'm giving away the settings for free!

You’re out of Robux?? Don’t have a menty-b! I’ll let you cop a Jackson if you clean your room. 😉 No cap, the vibes in there have been OFF lately. #vtuber #vrchat

I cooked so hard I made out-of-the-box VRoid avatars look like they have ARKit setups. 😭 I mean, maybe not, since MouthLeft/Right and TongueOut don't work. But look!! How good!! It is!! With just the default VRoid blendshapes!!!! Warudo plugin and tutorial very soon! 🥰

Uggghhhhh Milltina might be my new favorite VRChat avatar. 😭😭😭 I thought I liked my Manuka face tracking but now that Milltina is close to finished, I just wanna redo Manuka from scratch. 🤡 Is this going to happen every time I do another avi..?

Nobody’s immune from that nagging feeling that somehow, for some reason, you’re not good enough, or strong enough, or clever enough… Well, I’m here to tell you you are. You are enough. You’re the right person for the very important job of being you. #vtuber #vrchat

MouthFunnel haunts my dreams. MouthFunnel haunts my waking hours. I live to perfect MouthFunnel. I dedicate myself in service of its terrible beauty. But like, let's be real, nobody in VRChat is ever gonna notice this. 😂 Making face tracking tech is just fun for me I guess!
