Just another pole video because I’m so proud of myself for finding a hobby I truly love and enjoy and sticking with it even when I’ve felt like I couldn’t do it and should give up. One that motivates me to challenge myself. Pole has made me so strong, confident, and proud to be sexy and feminine. Growing up I always struggled with my appearance and fitness. I was overweight and didn’t even participate in gym class. But look at me now 💪🏼 It’s also connected to music and if you know me you know music is my life 🫶🏼

The mental strength it takes to keep going in pole, even on the days I feel like I can’t do it or that I’ll never get there is something most people don’t see. It’s so easy to overlook your progress when your expectations are so high but the truth is I’m a lot further than I give myself credit for. Getting good at anything takes time, patience and consistency and I’m putting in all three 💖 Be proud of your wins even when they feel small 💗
