It’s Time to Unite Against False SC/ST Act Cases - General Janta party Everywhere I look, I’m seeing reports of people allegedly being falsely booked under the SC/ST Act. It genuinely concerns me. Some of these people may not share our ideology at all. We may disagree with them politically on almost everything. But when it comes to justice, that doesn’t matter. If we believe someone has been falsely implicated, we should still stand for their right to a fair investigation and a fair chance to defend themselves. And I keep thinking if people with money, influence and resources can struggle to get bail, what happens to an ordinary poor person caught in such a case? Real victims of caste atrocities absolutely deserve justice. But innocent people also deserve protection from false cases and misuse of the law. This is bigger than party politics.
