🚨 The Interview That Raised More Questions Than Answers The first mistake Tabz made, in my view, was appearing on national TV while allegedly under the influence. Whether that appearance was intentional or not, it seems to have done more harm than good. Instead of clearing the air, it left many people with more questions than answers. For those who already suspected he could be a state agent, the interview did little to change that perception. If anything, Canary may have unintentionally reinforced the doubts. Many Ugandans have pointed out that, unlike other high-profile victims such as Eddie Mutwe and Alien Skin, Tabz still appeared with his dreadlocks intact after alleged five-day abduction!!! That contrast has fueled even more public speculation. Credibility is earned through transparency, not interviews that leave people with more questions than answers. Is Mob Justice About to Cost Kampala Boda Boda Riders!!! The biggest threat to boda bodas in Kampala is no longer government policy, traffic regulations, or plans to decongest the city. It's the growing culture of mob justice. The shocking attack on Sydney Gongodyo has once again exposed a dangerous reality: whenever a crowd decides to become the law, everyone loses. The victim loses, the city loses, and ultimately, the boda boda industry loses. Kampala residents are increasingly asking a difficult question: if a section of riders can mobilize faster for violence than for accountability, how long will the public continue to defend the industry's presence in the city? At a time when authorities are looking for ways to reduce congestion and reorganize urban transport, every incident of mob justice hands critics fresh ammunition. Every assault, every act of intimidation, and every lawless confrontation strengthens the argument that drastic action is needed. The tragedy is that thousands of hardworking riders who wake up every morning to earn an honest living are having their reputation destroyed by a reckless few. Yet the silence from within the industry after these incidents only deepens public suspicion. The message is simple: Kampala needs transport providers, not street enforcers. The law belongs in police stations and courtrooms, not in the hands of angry crowds. If the boda boda industry fails to isolate and condemn those who engage in mob justice, it may soon discover that the public has stopped seeing a few bad actors and started seeing a systemic problem. And, when that happens, the debate will no longer be about regulating boda bodas. It will be about whether Kampala can afford to keep them. If Hon. Joel Ssenyonyi is reflecting on current events, one thought could be ringing louder than ever. "Had I known Tabz would also be arrested after Lukwago’s remand to Luzira, perhaps I wouldn’t have publicly labeled Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba a ‘madman’." 🤔 But beyond the political drama, Ssenyonyi made several serious allegations against Afande MK that cannot simply be ignored; ➡️ Abduction and torture of citizens. ➡️ Threats against Dr. Kizza Besigye and Robert Kyagulanyi aka Kabobina. ➡️ Alleged involvement in the deaths of 22 NUP supporters. These are weighty accusations that deserve thorough scrutiny and clarification. The bigger question is: Were these allegations verified, substantiated, and backed by evidence before being amplified? Robert Kyagulanyi was denied the opportunity to use a microphone to greet and address Christians gathered at Lubaga Cathedral on Christmas Day 🎄, the Titular Muslim Head, Prince Kassim Nakibinge, has also stepped forward with a powerful message.
