🚨 Nick Fuentes told someone to f*** and kill himself for suggesting he try an ancestral diet (meat, fish, fruits, and roots) to help his stomach issues, basically what humans actually evolved to eat. Then he mocked the guy, asking if he was a doctor or scientist, throwing in slurs along the way. Well, I am a scientist, and I can confirm the follower was right. That diet works because it supports the gut–brain axis, the biochemical link between digestion, emotion, and cognition. Animal protein provides L-tryptophan, the amino acid that becomes serotonin, your brain’s mood regulator and motility signal for the intestines. Healthy fats from fish and ruminant meat feed the cell membranes and hormone pathways that govern testosterone, thyroid, and cortisol balance. Now contrast that with the standard Western diet. High in refined carbs and seed oils, it spikes insulin, overwhelms the liver, and floods the gut with fermentable sugars that feed dysbiosis (i.e. wrong bacteria in the wrong ratio in your gut). This creates endotoxins that leak into the bloodstream, triggering chronic inflammation and destabilizing neurotransmitters. In plain English: brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, irritability. The ancestral pattern (animal protein, seasonal fruit, roots, organs, and salt), however, restores the body’s natural rhythm. It stabilizes blood sugar, improves bile flow, and lowers hepatic stress, which in turn reduces intestinal inflammation. When your metabolism runs on fat and amino acids instead of roller-coaster glucose spikes, both your mood and your digestion normalize. If Nick actually followed that diet, he wouldn’t look like little chubby Napoleon cursing out his own followers. He’d gain muscle, stabilize his hormones, and probably feel less angry at the world. Even though I agree with some of his political takes, I’ll never understand why people glorify someone who treats others with such contempt and blocks everyone who’s even slightly critical of his words or actions.
