That’s why not allowing members to speak and express themselves during group events feels unfair. When one person keeps speaking for everyone, it creates a narrative that he’s the only one capable , even to the point of putting a line in a song about being the only one who speaks English. That says a lot about what kind of mindset that is. Being a leader means giving everyone space, not taking it all. It means encouraging members to speak, trusting their abilities, and letting each of them shine ,not overshadowing them.
