We've raised an additional $308M to continue expanding our team, products, and facilities as we accelerate humanity's future beyond Earth. This raise brings our combined Series D round to $808M, continuing a period of significant growth for our company. We're scaling because our customers need more than just access to space, they need to be able to move dynamically once they're there. That's why we're building vehicles that can maneuver precisely, respond quickly, reach new destinations, and adapt on orbit. The Deneb engine continues to progress through its development campaign at our Mojave, CA test facility. Designed by Tom Mueller (Tom Mueller), Deneb is the 15,000lbf ox-rich staged combustion engine at the center of the Helios kick stage. Our development team is pushing Deneb toward flight readiness with high-cadence testing and rapid hardware iteration. Hardware rich development is at the heart of our company culture. Electra has high fuel efficiency to perform stationkeeping and long-duration maneuvers that preserve chemical propellant for the rapid maneuvers that define the Mira spacecraft. The result is greater operational flexibility and more mission capability from a single spacecraft. Next milestone: flight. 🚀 Electra will be demonstrated in space on the GEO Express 1 mission aboard Caravan 1.

Our LEO Express 2 and LEO Express 3 spacecraft recently met for a family reunion in orbit, following a series of carefully coordinated maneuvers that brought the two vehicles within approximately two football fields of each other. The operation put Mira's flight-proven agility to work, with our GNC, propulsion, and mission ops teams executing multiple complex maneuvers and close approaches along the way.
