They lied to you! A home gym is NOT the same as a commercial gym. I've trained at home for 3 days, and I already feel guilty and empty. Why does training at home feel so different? Home gym or commercial gym. Which one are you choosing?

I almost passed out after barbell rows yesterday. Light weight. One set...and suddenly, the room started spinning. I had to sit down immediately. Didn’t see that coming at all. What do you think could cause that?

Gym people, I need your help. I recently added the leg press to my routine, and ever since then I've been been feeling pain from my thighs all the way down to my feet. Here's a video of how I'm doing it. Is it my foot placement? Too much weight? My range of motion? Or something else entirely? What am I doing wrong?

Will I ever be able to do a single pull-up? 😭 Right now, all I can do is dead-hang and hope for the best. 😒 Fitness community, what helped you get your first pull-up?
