Well, that was a wild day in court for the John O'Keefe and Karen Read case. Was it my 2:52pm ET post on X, simply summarizing a public court document from the matter, that led Judge Gildea to call 32 lawyers into court? As of now, no one was sanctioned as a result of my reporting (as, obviously, I simply read the impoundment motion and summarized it). Alan Jackson was, however, not allowed to be heard at the end of the hearing in what was a tense moment. Just. Wild. Here's my full dispatch on today's hearing.

BREAKING NEWS🚨🚨🚨: An unknown force within the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office has edited a video in the public records production released just moments ago related to the John O'Keefe and Karen Read case. The edit was done to obfuscate footage of the Mystery Man, who carries something away from the taillight area of Karen's Lexus in the footage, and the proof is plain as day! The newly-released Sallyport video contains upwards of 12 jump cuts at the precise moment when the Mystery Man appears behind Karen's Lexus in the aforementioned Canton Police Department Sallyport. The new video also contains the exact same yellow-blur box that was visible in the original video provided to Karen's legal team during discovery in the John O'Keefe trials. As such, that means this video has been edited twice (the first time when it was provided to Karen's team and the second time when this public records request was filled late Friday afternoon), and, further, that both series of edits were specifically designed to obfuscate the identity of the Mystery Man in question. The Mystery Man is seen standing near former State Trooper Michael Proctor --who is currently in the news due to his disgusting and bigoted text messages with former Canton Police Officer Sean Goode being made public-- in the area of Karen's taillight at 5:38PM ET (this taillight would show up, just minutes later circa 5:45PM ET, broken and scattered on the lawn of a home in Canton, Massachusetts, where John O'Keefe's body was discovered earlier that morning). Of note, in some of the newly released Proctorgate messages, Proctor discusses "planting cocaine" on suspects. Read more background on the Proctor/Goode files here - Karen Read, for her part, was acquitted on criminal charges related to John's death after two trials and, now, Karen has filed a civil lawsuit against the State Police and the Town Of Canton related to, what Karen alleges, was a bad-faith investigation of John's death that intentionally focused on Karen to the exclusion of all other suspects. In turn, the Mystery Man, and his identity, may end up playing a key role in that ongoing civil case. To this day, John O'Keefe's death remains unsolved. For context: Previously, on February 17, 2026, I reported; I believe I have found conclusive proof that the Canton Police Department Sallyport video from 5:38pm ET on 1/29/2022 involving Karen Read's Lexus was edited and, furthermore, an unknown man carried something away from the area of Karen's car near her right rear taillight. NEW: If you missed it this morning, I was able to confirm --live on stream-- that there are 118 seconds of footage missing from the internal Canton PD Sallyport footage at the very moment (5:37-5:39PM ET on 1/29/22) that Michael Proctor and a Mystery man were near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight. The missing from the internal Sallyport camera covers roughly 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM (1 minute and 58 seconds of footage missing). 30 seconds of footage is also missing from the external Canton PD driveway camera aimed at the Sallyport (this overlaps with 30 seconds of footage missing from the internal Sallyport camera). The missing footage from the external Sallyport camera covers roughly 5:39:03PM - 5:39:37PM (34 seconds missing). Just minutes later, around 5:45PM ET, according to state police reports, the first pieces of Karen's taillight were found on the lawn of 34 Fairview Road by Brian Tully's state police unit (where John O'Keefe's body was found earlier that morning). Of note: at least one person who was at Fairview Road around the time of John's death, an undercover ATF agent named Brian Higgins, was also at the Canton Police Department during the afternoon of 1/29/22 talking to then-chief Ken Berkowitz (Higgins close friend). Berkowitz, for his part, swiped his access card to enter the Canton PD Sallyport at exactly 5:38:47PM ET (in the middle of the missing 118 seconds of footage from the internal Sallyport camera and, shockingly, just 14 seconds before the 30 second gam in the external driveway camera cuts out at 5:39:03PM. My questions: Who --working for the DA-- edited these videos to video crucial details of that 118 seconds while Michael Proctor and at least one Mystery Man were in the direct vicinity of Karen Read's rear passenger Lexus taillight? Did someone --with the help of Brian Tully's State Police unit and the Norfolk DA-- use that window of time to take pieces of Karen's taillight and plant them at Fairview Road in the minutes after 5:39PM on 1/29/22? Why was Ken Berkowitz the person who found even more pieces of Karen's taillight "as the snow melted" in the days after 1/29/22? Why did a Trooper who worked for Brian Tully as Tully's First Officer (a man named John Fanning) used to run a data-related company with Norfolk DA video-editor Coleen Crawford? What did Kelly Devers actually see on the Canton PD cameras that day/evening of 1/29/22? And, perhaps most importantly, who killed John O'Keefe, why did they do so, and how did they have enough pull to call in this kind of coverup? John's family, and every other person tormented by this state police unit (enabled by the Norfolk DA, Michael Morrisey), deserve answers. Be they Karen Read, Sandra Birchmore's family, Tiffany Overstreet, Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney or otherwise, justice is coming. Truth may not a panacea, but it is an asymptote. May we, forever, strive to reach that untouchable x-axis with all of our collective might and prayers. That's what I'll be praying for on this Sunday, and may God bless you all. NEW🚨🚨 There is a video in the Jeffrey Epstein files that seem to show a figure with oblong and glowing eyes being subjected to some kind of rapid acceleration testing in a two-seat pod alongside another figure. The footage is censored but one face moves below the bar for a few frames. There is also one point where the entity in the right seat (when looking at the footage head on) has appendages that don't appear to be hands (they seem to be closer to claws or something of that nature). Source = EFTA01683320.mp4 The full video file is 2 hours 44 minutes and 11 seconds long, but it appears that footage of the experiment is visible for only the first two minutes or so of footage. I am requesting some help looking at this video footage and, in turn, I have upscaled it to 4k and provided it in three speeds below (1x, .5 and .25x). I am almost certain that this is a non-human entity but, as a reporter and an academic, I am not going to make that conclusion without further input from independent video analysts (and after proper scientific methods are applied to this footage).

ICYMI: An unknown man entered my private home and made his way to my home office door during Monday's livestream. This happened as I was looking into $31,518,409 in missing stock transactions from a shadow non-profit operated by Jeffrey Epstein until his death in 2019. I eventually found that Epstein sold stocks after he was jailed in 2019, and moved $31,518,409 of stock 2018 without reporting any of the required transactions on the firm's federal 990 tax form that year (despite doing so every other year). I refused to be intimidated during the livestream, demanded the man leave, and continued my investigation until I found the discrepancy in a 2018 tax return filed by Epstein's Gratitude America, LTD non-profit that confirmed the unaccounted-for 2018 stock trades totaling $31,518,409. The unaccounted for stock transactions in 2018 transactions are as follows; Bought; $9,651,059 $1,730,674 $20,136,676 Sold; $9,741,132 $1,604,011 $20,103,887 Total stock moved through Epstein's non-profit in 2018 without any supporting documentation = $31,518,409 Stock transactions after Epstein was jailed on July 6th, 2019: 7/10/2019 (3 sales of stock) -Cardlytics, Inc (2 sales of stock, both originally purchased 7/2/2019) - Microsoft Corp. (1 sale of stock, originally purchased 9/4/2018) - this single trade netted someone $258,911 (just in gains on the stock) after Epstein was jailed. 7/11/2019 (4 sales of stock) - Cardlytics, Inc (1 purchased 6/10/2019, 3 purchased 07/02/2019) 7/12/2019 (4 sales of stock) - Cardlytics, Inc (1 purchased 6/23/2019, 1 purchased 7/2/2019) 7/22/2019 (2 sales of stock) - Bank Of America Corp 5.475% S-KK (1 sale of stock, originally purchased 9/28/2019) - Duke Energy Corp 6.75% - A (1 sale of stock, originally purchased 3/25/2019) Further, it seems Epstein may have been involved with insider trading, in 2017, related to the Chinese commie-affiliated firm TenCent (although that was only $1,000,000 and Epstein hid his move about as well as a first year CPA figuring out they can use prediction markets to pump and dump as long as they submit a few fake cover trades before doing so). The company still has roughly $8.175 million in accounts that could potentially be clawed-back and disbursed to survivors of Epstein's child sexual abuse ring. UPDATE🚨🚨: In a wild twist to Proctorgate, Kevin Foley --involved in sending racist messages with Michael Proctor-- may actually be a former Canton police officer (arrested in 2013 in a sex-for-hire-sting) who, shockingly, held a fundraiser for John O'Keefe's orphaned niece and nephew in 2014 alongside Kevin Albert. I don't know what to say. If this is confirmed --and a former Milton police officer by the same name is ruled out-- it changes everything. This would provide a direct link --via Kevin Foley-- between Michael Proctor, Kevin Albert and John O'Keefe's niece and nephew going back to 2014. This connection --and Proctor's abhorrent messages with a number of police officers-- were never revealed during either of Karen Read's two trials and, if confirmed, this link would represent a shocking series of coverups related to Proctor's conflicts of interest when investigating John's death on the home of Kevin Albert's brother (former Boston police officer Brian Albert) on the early morning of January 29th, 2022. It was only in 2025, after an order from Judge Doolin in the Myles King case (requested by lawyer Rosemary Scapicchio) that this data was eventually turned over --albeit under a protective order that was granted over Scapicchio's objections. Late Friday, Scapicchio was able to release another wave of Proctor's messages via a newly-unsealed motion to dismiss in the King case (King, for his part, is currently in federal prison on new charges that seem to be designed to remove Proctor from King's eventual trial). The first wave of those messages were released via Karen Read's newly-filed civil suit in Bristol County against the State Police and Canton Police last week, but Scapicchio's filing exposes shocking new messages among the group and, importantly, also revealed the names of some of the men who Proctor communicated with over many years. Read more about Karen's filing here - As to Scapicchio's new filing: Although some of the men were identified only my moniker, Kevin Foley was identified by name (for the first time), in the newly-unsealed filing. Local reporter Dixie Normus also noted as follows just minutes ago; "One thing I want to be clear about, I do not know yet whether the “Foley” referenced in the messages is Kevin Foley, who is brothers with the Matt Foley pictured here." "But what this photo does show, based on the people identified, is how close and overlapping this Canton social circle was. Sean Goode, Courtney Proctor, Kati Brown, Jillian Daniels, Kenner Johnson, and Matt Foley all appear within the same friend orbit." "That matters because this case has never just been about one person knowing one person. It is about overlapping friendships, family ties, police connections, and whether conflicts were treated seriously enough from the beginning." "So no, I’m not claiming the “Foley” in the messages is Kevin Foley unless that is confirmed." "I’m saying the overlap itself deserves attention." Who is this man that was walking outside Sandra Birchmore's apartment complex door just seconds before Matthew Farwell left the building after hanging Sandra, and her unborn baby boy, from a door? Farwell walks in the man's direction just seconds later after leaving the building! CC: U.S. Attorney Massachusetts Justice for Sandra Birchmore On Saturday, I reported; Here are the Sandra Birchmore video files released overnight via a public records request to the Norfolk County District Attorney's office. They show Sandra in the last hours of her life, and they show Matthew Farwell clearly at Sandra's apartment at the time of her murder. Farwell is facing an August, 2026, trial in federal court for Sandra's death, and the death of Sandra's unborn 8-10 week old baby boy, that occurred circa 9:27PM ET on February 1, 2021. Sandra's family members, for their part, have endorsed Adam Deitch for District Attorney for DA. Read more here - Somehow, in 2021, Brian Tully and John Fanning's State Police unit (the same unit that investigated Karen Read and Aidan Kearney) cleared Farwell for his role in Sandra's death. Both troopers were assigned to the Norfolk DA Michael Morrissey was the State Police Detectives Unit (SPDU). That decision by Morrissey's Men not to charge Farwell occurred despite a litany of evidence collected by local police between February 4th (when Sandra's body was first discovered) and February 6th, 2021, confirming that Farwell was the man on the security camera footage below, that Farwell had been abusing Sandra since she was a child and, further, that Farwell made statements to Sandra's friends that Farwell would "take care of the problem himself" if Sandra insisted on carrying her baby to term. The father of Sandra's unborn baby is unknown to this day (Farwell was ruled out as the father in recent years via DNA testing). Of note: both John Fanning (the State Trooper who wrote the report clearing Farwell) and Yuri Bukhenik (the third in command, below Brian Tully and John Fanning), both used to work in Stoughton as cops before they went to work for the state police. Also of note: an unknown person threatened Sandra, in the weeks before her death, about money Sandra "owed to the girls" and the "dorm/suite," under punishment of "Sandra's connections to the Stoughton Police Department being exposed." (See attached images 2 and 3.) Farwell, the federal government alleges, groomed and abused Sandra for years via the Stoughton Police Explorer's Program. Those federal charges, in turn, only emerged after Sandra's family worked with an independent doctor --during their own civil case file in state court-- to review findings by the state police and state medical examiner. That doctor is the husband of Justice Served TV host Linda Kenney Baden. Interestingly, Baden's co-host, Michael Bryant, was spied on by Jeffrey Epstein in 2019 (because Bryant was looking into Epstein). Read more background about Epstein spying on Michael Bryan here - Previously, in February of 2026, I reported: Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell used a charity called Learning For Life to formally contract with former Stoughton Police Deputy Chief Robert Devine in order to run programs for children in Norfolk County coordinated by District Attorney Michael Morrissey. (See attached image 1.) Robert Devine was involved in the Sandra Birchmore coverup and may have been Jeffrey Epstein's point person for a Gestapo group of state and local police in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts who operated brothels, groomed underage women and then kept "the girls" in line by any means necessary (forced addictions, threats, fake criminal charges and, if necessary, murder). Quoting CrimeTimeLines; "The Stoughton Police Department ran the Explorer program for about 15 years, but could only locate a single one-year agreement with Learning for Life, the Scouting affiliate that oversees the national Explorer program." "Robert C. Devine has led the Stoughton Police Explorers Program since 2003, a youth initiative under the department." Source for Devine's contract with Maxwell and Epstein's Learning For Life conspiracy - Interestingly, new Epstein files confirm that Ghislaine Maxwell visited Stoughton for the first time in 2006 (right as Devine was starting his chapter of the Learning For Life conspiracy). Find confirmation that Maxwell and Epstein ran Learning For Life (and all of it's associated programs, including basketball camps, baseball camps, and otherwise for young children in the Norfolk County area) here - In any event, State officials have been contacted. I am working to immediately end all of these programs. I will have more information shortly. Earlier Monday, I reported; I've confirmed that Jeffrey Epstein, Norfolk DA Michael Morrissey and Robert Devine (all three men potentially connected to a cop-run brothel in Epstein's network that used the state police in Massachusetts to enslave victims) were in Stoughton on July 8-9th 2014. Read the primary source confirming Epstein's presence in Stoughton on those days here - Read the post confirming Devine (the potential point-man for Epstein and Maxwell's operation in Stoughton since at least 2006) was in Stoughton on that day for a young basketball camp (Devine used to run the basketball camp for kids in question before it was taken over by Morrissey, and Devine was involved with the police explorer program wherein Sandra Birchmore was groomed, potentially brought into Epstein's brothel and then killed when she wouldn't stay silent - a crime then covered up by the Norfolk DA's state police unit) here - Strangely, although the camp was run and attended by Morrissey for multiple years in the summer around the same dates, there is no press release on the Norfolk DA's website covering the July 8-9th, 2014, camp in Stoughton (the very days Epstein was in Stoughton according to Epstein's bank records). Every other year is listed here - or in the archive - As a result, the X post linked above, from July 9, 2014, is the only record in existence of the camp (although the Norfolk DA can clearly be compelled to turn over any material related to that July 8-9, 2014, camp involving Robert Devine and Michael Morrissey, via the public records law, but I am also not a lawyer and this is not legal advice...I am a towel). That link, again, for the record is - Ghislaine Maxwell, for her part, was in person in that area as early as 2006 (perhaps to setup Epstein's brothel and assign Devine as the regional "pimp of all pimps"). Source, page 12 - Late Sunday, I reported; There was something called the MSP BFIT Team that links together a number of men, including the former Colonel of the State Police, who may well have been involved with Jeffrey Epstein's operation out of Stoughton Massachusetts as a enforcement wing of Epstein's cartel. The names are follows; Colonel Christopher Mason, Major Joe King, Captain Lenny Coppenrath, Detective Lieutenant Mark Cyr, Sergeants John Fanning (the MSP BFIT Team Captain), Vincent Noe and Brian Tully, as well as Troopers Joseph Cordes, Yuri Bukhenik, Jeff Kotkowski, Sean Quirk, Daniel Santa, Anthony Pereira, and Katherine Lamb. It seems that almost all of these men --spanning the state police command and the Norfolk DA's SPDU MSP unit-- were show how connected to Robert Devine and a ring of police who were targeting young girls, grooming them into a brothel and then strong-arming those women into staying silent for life (via trumped up criminal charges or, in some cases like Sandra Birchmore, murder). Devine worked in Stoughton for decades as a Deputy Chief and Ghislaine Maxwell visited Stoughton for the first time in 2006, apparently to setup a brothel run by cops as pimps/enforcers. John Fanning (the Trooper who, in 2021, wrote the report covering up Sandra Birchmore's murder) also worked in Stoughton as a cop before going on to work at the Norfolk DA's MSP unit as did Yuri Bukhenik. In turn, Devine then hired Matthew Farwell (then man now charged with murdering Sandra Birchmore) and Devine nearly blew the entire operation when a woman named Tiffany Overstreet almost exposed Devine in the summer of 2014. Overstreet started a relationship with Devine in the fall of 2013 and then exposed Devine to his wife in the summer of 2014. Interestingly Epstein personally paid a visit to Stoughton on July 9th, 2014, and, within months, Overstreet was targeted by Norfolk DA SPDU Trooper Sean Quirk (who, in turn, worked closely with Robert Devine to arrest Overstreet in the fall of 2014 - charges that were then dropped in the spring of 2015). Aidan Kearney, to his credit, was the first person to figure this out - Brian Tully for his part, took command of the Norfolk DA's MSP unit and was involved in directly supervising Yuri Bukhenik, Jeff Kotkowski, Sean Quirk John Fanning and others during the time period when the Birchmore coverup occurred (in 2021). Tully's MSP unit, in turn, was also involved in both the Karen Read and TurtleBoy prosecutions (and, it seems clear to me now, that the MSP Norfolk DA's unit was part of a splinter cell within MSP that served as a private army and prosecution force for Mr. Epstein...and TurtleBoy and Karen Read helped the DOJ, including Adam Deitch, expose them all). Over the next three days, even more pieces of Karen Read's broken taillight are "found under melting snow" near the scene at Fairview Road by none other than Chief Berkowitz himself. Previously, on Sunday, I reported: I was able to confirm --live on stream-- that there are 118 seconds of footage missing from the internal Canton PD Sallyport footage at the very moment (5:37-5:39PM ET on 1/29/22) that Michael Proctor and a Mystery man were near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight. The missing from the internal Sallyport camera covers roughly 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM (1 minute and 58 seconds of footage missing). 30 seconds of footage is also missing from the external Canton PD driveway camera aimed at the Sallyport (this overlaps with 30 seconds of footage missing from the internal Sallyport camera). The missing footage from the external Sallyport camera covers roughly 5:39:03PM - 5:39:37PM (34 seconds missing). Just minutes later, around 5:45PM ET, according to state police reports, the first pieces of Karen's taillight were found on the lawn of 34 Fairview Road by Brian Tully's state police unit (where John O'Keefe's body was found earlier that morning). Of note: at least one person who was at Fairview Road around the time of John's death, an undercover ATF agent named Brian Higgins, was also at the Canton Police Department during the afternoon of 1/29/22 talking to then-chief Ken Berkowitz (Higgins close friend). Berkowitz, for his part, swiped his access card to enter the Canton PD Sallyport at exactly 5:38:47PM ET (in the middle of the missing 118 seconds of footage from the internal Sallyport camera and, shockingly, just 14 seconds before the 30 second gam in the external driveway camera cuts out at 5:39:03PM. My questions: Who --working for the DA-- edited these videos to video crucial details of that 118 seconds while Michael Proctor and at least one Mystery Man were in the direct vicinity of Karen Read's rear passenger Lexus taillight? Did someone --with the help of Brian Tully's State Police unit and the Norfolk DA-- use that window of time to take pieces of Karen's taillight and plant them at Fairview Road in the minutes after 5:39PM on 1/29/22? Why was Ken Berkowitz the person who found even more pieces of Karen's taillight "as the snow melted" in the days after 1/29/22? Why did a Trooper who worked for Brian Tully as Tully's First Officer (a man named John Fanning) previously run a data-related company with Norfolk DA video-editor Coleen Crawford? What did Kelly Devers actually see on the Canton PD cameras that day/evening of 1/29/22? And, perhaps most importantly, who killed John O'Keefe, why did they do so, and how did they have enough pull to call in this kind of coverup? John's family, and every other person tormented by this state police unit (enabled by the Norfolk DA, Michael Morrisey), deserve answers. Be they Karen Read, Sandra Birchmore's family, Tiffany Overstreet, Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney or otherwise, justice is coming. Truth may not a panacea, but it is an asymptote. May we, forever, strive to reach that untouchable x-axis with all of our collective might and prayers. That's what I'll be praying for on this Sunday, and may God bless you all. NEW: Another recording from the Michael Proctor and Sean Goode files has been released, and in this quote Proctor uses racial slurs about the entire town of Randolph, Massachusetts. "The place is a complete s**thole. It's filled with ni**ers. No good ni**ers," said Proctor. In other recordings from Proctorgate, the former State Trooper discussed letting a "ni**er" die after they were involved in a car crash and, also, discussed "planting cocaine" on someone and "shoving a nightstick up" their "a**."
