The fact that Buzz has been fumbling the bag with Jessie (like she isn't obviously into him – she is, so what he all nervous about) since 1999 is killing me

To clarify: Killmonger was the usurper and phony king spreading on T'Challa's throne. To win the challenge and take the throne, you must kill or get your opponent to yield. Those are the only two options. He/they assumed T'Challa was dead, but T'Challa wasn't. He was still king.

Oh. Yeah. That potty trainer device would've been permanently offline methinks. Buzz already was jumping at Smarty before he even actually did anything, so imagine that? 😭. Whether it was playtime don't matter a damn he would be GONE and that's on star command 😂

T'Chaka is the biggest villain in the film for protecting a boy when Killmonger destablized Wakanda, destroyed part of their culture because he wanted to be the only king, abused women, was CIA, wanted to do imperialism (new world order with Wakanda ruling like his dad)...

We talk about Buzz being super shy but Jessie has her own form of shyness. She could've confessed herself but she often leaves the ball in Buzz's court. Yeah, she's patient and allows him that agency, but also? Jessie is a character who ultimately faithfully waits to be embraced.

I feel like Amy Rose being a literal boxerciser and wearing training weights [that] heavy doesn't get talked about enough. She's so cool, idc.

The way I agree with Ian Flynn on this one. It feels very natural for me to believe Shadow has some sort of unique ??? feeling for Amy Rose. From making her a promise besides Maria to how he behaved with her in his game. From the kind of character Amy is to the kind Shadow is.

I love how Buzz Lightyear somehow just inherently has a thing for Jessie. Buzz "I love my wife in every universe" Lightyear 😭. Demo and Spanish Buzz gets me bad especially. From the the bird mating-esque dance to "temptress"?Hey so what's his actual problem.

#toystory5 I love how specially touchy Jessie became with Buzz and Buzz (more reserved) grew super chill with it. It makes sense: They've been together since TS3 and knew each other for 10+ years, but still! It's says a lot about the characters, their growth, and compatiblity.

People don't want to hear the truth because they empathize with Killmonger and agreed with some sentiment (right words, wrong speaker) — but I will say it anyway! T'Challa quite literally said outright Killmonger has become them. Killmonger admitted to employing their tactics.

Buzz leans stoic — he is not overly open and intimate. You and/or the moment needs to pull it out of him... And Jessie does that just fine 😭! Jessie is physical and expressive, calm isn't her 😂. Yet she ends up echoing Buzz's gentle love language at times, like in #toystory5.

Hot take: People who say Jessie is a "female Woody" and it's why Buzz likes her or she "should be with Woody" didn't actually watch Toy Story. Jessie parallels and is more similar to BUZZ 😭? Tired of the Toy Story larper fanon masquerading as actual analysis or takeaway, idk!

#Toystory5 I love rewatching films and noticing things animators added. It can be so little but they put time in doing it anyway. We see exactly when Woody and Bo appeared to attend the wedding from the windowsill and I guess Buzz tried to make sure he was most presentable lol

You can just say anything wrong on Twitter and get thousands of likes 😭? A flustered Buzz was saying she is a bright young woman with beautiful yarn hair beforehand. The romance plotline doesn't only exist because of the joke, the joke exists BECAUSE of the romantic plot line.

I deeply love Jessie and Woody's precious relationship. The brother-sister duo ever, it's actually a comfort of mine. I wish people were more normal about it though. A quick montage of them 🥹. My family.

Now that I am rewatching the Toy Story films, Woodbo (Woody/Bo Peep) and Buzsie (Buzz/Jessie) were freaked out. RELAX? This is not even including Toy Story 5. I'm bawling 😭

Jessie and Buzz alternate with each other. It's not purely one to the other (so yes, they "let" the strong man "carry his lady") and it's fitting for the characters if you actually watched the films or toons. 🤷🏿‍♀️.

You can tell you guys didn't watch the film. T'Challa said that because Killmonger quite literally was gunning for imperialism and replicating colonialism. T'Chaka killed N'Jobu because he pulled a gun on a boy for exposing his betrayal that led to Wakandans bombed and DEAD.

I love these guys. The way the violence in his responses increases 😭

People assumed what Woody primarily learned was "sticking together" and inferred he became aligned with the rest of the toys. Therefore, it made Toy Story 4 feel like an implausible contradiction. But let's listen to the Toy Story 3 screen writer on Woody's epiphany.

Namor is not "water mexican Hitler" or "colonizer" who wants to kill black people for the racist sake of it. Holy shit, you didn't watch BPWF He liked and connected with Wakanda. He hates colonizers. He did what he did as protector under the flag of war between equal nations.

They spoke about Woody and Jessie's relationship in the art book too! Though Buzz is Woody's best friend, she is the partner Woody never knew he had. They have shared history, a bond deep and unique to them. Another book says he is like her brother (I mean, she did noogie him)!

Buzz being a supportive husband even before they got married is loved by me! Bullseye being her backup too? Adorable. They are her ride-or-dies 🥹. Also them both knowing fully well Jessie a certified crashout ("calm" and "Jessie" are antonyms) was one of my favorite bits 😭
