The moment it happened … when ⁦Dermot O'Leary⁩ knocked over the £ 30,000 vase on ⁦This Morning⁩ - and ⁦Alison Hammond⁩ didn’t realise it was an April Fool! A joy to be there to see it as it happened. A little bit of TV gold.

I walked along Oxford Street today, looked up and was very surprised by what I saw …

And then, suddenly, the rain came!

Oscar Wilde died 125 years ago. At 8.30 this morning Merlin Holland took us to his grandfather’s tomb at Pere Lachaise cemetery in Paris &amp; told us something of its history. We were able to look inside the tomb to see the casket containing the ashes of Wilde’s friend Robbie Ross.

As promised to ⁦Claudia Winkleman⁩ on ⁦BBC Radio 2⁩ here’s my first attempt at my impression of ⁦President Donald J. Trump⁩ line dancing … Finola is teaching me to do it properly &amp; (unless my wife intervenes) it may feature (briefly) in my Edinburgh show:

What have we here? A light lunch ahead of a fun afternoon. It’s curtain up at ⁦Aylesbury Waterside⁩ in Aylesbury at 3.00 pm so I’m being treated to a green soup featuring an Aylesbury duckling’s egg and a dollop of crème fraiche! Makes a change from my usual cheese sandwich.
