It's heartbreaking and utterly incomprehensible. People are standing up, risking everything, to protest the sale of weapons that have slaughtered millions, leaving families torn apart and lives shattered. Instead of being celebrated as the heroes they truly are, they’re met with violence—hit, pepper-sprayed, shot at with stun grenades, and rubber bullets. How is this happening? How have we reached a point where speaking out against murder and destruction is met with such brutal force? This is not just crazy—it's draconian, cruel, and deeply inhumane. Shame on this government for allowing this to happen.

Today, I was found guilty of racial hate and vilification. Guilty for speaking. Guilty for refusing to stay silent. Guilty for calling out what I believed was wrong. And yet, while that judgment was handed down, I watched videos of people celebrating the burning deaths of Palestinian children. Laughing. Cheering. Calling me a terrorist for daring to speak. No questions asked. No charges laid. No accountability. I keep asking myself what kind of world we are building when outrage at injustice is punished, but the celebration of human suffering is tolerated. When I speak for humanity, I am labelled dangerous. When others celebrate violence, it becomes opinion. I have seen pain weaponised. I have seen language twisted. And I have seen how easily some lives are defended while others are erased. This is bigger than me.This is about the silence people expect when children die, and the punishment that follows when someone refuses that silence. If calling out Zionists for acts I believe are terrorism is vilification… then why is real vilification, hatred, and celebration of violence by others acceptable? Who decides which voices are dangerous and which hatred gets a free pass.

Tomorrow, my trial begins. For over a year, they told the public I was being prosecuted because I was supposedly “antisemitic”. That was the justification used to drag my name through the mud, launch investigations, and spend enormous public resources pursuing me. Now, on the eve of trial, even the prosecution concedes they are NOT alleging I am antisemitic. So what exactly am I on trial for? Apparently, I have now gone from being accused of insulting Jews to allegedly insulting Zionists. The entire foundation and context of why these charges were brought has changed. Make it make sense. I have spent more than $230,000 defending advocacy and speech surrounding Palestine, while taxpayers are funding prosecutors at an estimated cost up to $40,000 per day… all over summary offences, the lowest and most minor category of offences in our legal system. This case is bigger than me. It is about fairness, consistency, free expression, and whether people can be publicly condemned first and only later told the original allegations were never actually the case. Tomorrow, we fight. Our win is your win. Pray for us. For those wanting to follow the case, you will be able to log in via WebEx and watch proceedings online. If you are around Melbourne CBD, feel free to come down to court and watch our legal team put the tough questions to Victoria Police.

The Australian Jewish Association Australian Jewish Association is openly endorsing, promoting, and collaborating with rhetoric that shreds the very fabric of the Racial and Religious Tolerance Act 2001. Will any politician have the courage to condemn this? Or will they stay silent while Palestinians endure the most violent genocide since the Holocaust? This is not just words, this is what’s being normalised on Australian streets. This is the behaviour our so-called “leaders” are letting slide. Share this far and wide. Let the world see the true colours of these genocide sympathisers. This anti-Palestinian racism needs to be called out.

One year ago, when I first stood on the steps of the Magistrates’ Court surrounded by cameras, I said this case would become a platform to expose Zionism and the realities surrounding it. Today, that is exactly what has happened. In open court, under oath and on the public record, discussions were heard about the history of Zionism, political violence, terrorism, the broader geopolitical context of Palestine, and the distinction between legitimate political debate designed to silence dissent. The same system that tried to criminalise political speech has now been forced to examine the very ideology and historical context they wanted quarantined from public discussion. For over a year, I have faced prosecution, media attacks, censorship, threats, financial destruction, and relentless pressure simply for speaking passionately about Palestine and opposing injustice. Yet despite all of that, we did not bow down. This was never just about me. This was always about protecting the right to speak, protest, resist intimidation, and stand for oppressed people without fear. Win, lose, or draw, history will remember who stood firm when it mattered most. Palestine will never be silenced.

Tonight, during Maghreb (sunset) prayer, peaceful Muslim men and women were reportedly physically dragged and assaulted. Those present were praying quietly and minding their own business when force was used. Multiple injuries have been reported. At this stage, there are no confirmed arrests. This raises serious concerns about potential breaches of fundamental rights, including: • Freedom of religion and the right to manifest belief through worship protected under Article 18 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), which Australia has committed to uphold. • The right to peaceful assembly under Article 21 of the ICCPR. • Protection from excessive or unreasonable use of force. In New South Wales, police are only authorised to use force that is reasonably necessary in the execution of their duties. Any force beyond what is necessary may constitute unlawful conduct. No one should be subjected to violence while praying. If you witnessed what occurred, have footage, or were affected, consider lodging formal complaints with the appropriate oversight bodies so the matter can be independently reviewed: • Australian Human Rights Commission • Anti Discrimination NSW • Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) Accountability is not anti police. Accountability is how trust in public institutions is maintained. Freedom of worship must be protected for everyone.

It’s time to expose the blatant double standards and discrimination that we are forced to live with. My heart breaks for the synagogue that was firebombed, and I want to help rebuild it. At the same time, I am overwhelmed with disgust and anger—where is the same outrage, the same solidarity, when my own young family was nearly killed? Let’s speak the truth: the police know who firebombed my home, and yet they are choosing to cover it up. This isn’t negligence—it’s complicity. How much longer will we tolerate this? Justice cannot be selective. Equality cannot be conditional. Enough is enough. Protect us, Stand with us & help us receive the justice we deserve. 🚨 How much more do I have to take? Last week, I traveled out of Australia. And just like every other time, I was pulled aside, interrogated, and treated like a suspect—under the guise of a so-called “random routine inspection.” This happens every single time I enter or leave the country. Not once. Not occasionally. Every. Single. Time. The feeling of anxiety, humiliation, and sheer rage that floods me in these moments is indescribable. Every glance from other travelers, every assumption about why I’m being detained, every degrading question they throw at me—it all serves as a reminder that, in their eyes, I am guilty of something. I recorded my last interaction. I wanted to show you the reality of what I endure. But releasing it could mean committing a crime. That’s the level of control they have. So instead, I’ve used AI to recreate the scene—for you to experience what I go through, over and over again. This isn’t just a coincidence. This isn’t just “security.” This is systematic harassment. I have filed complaints. I have sought justice. And every single time, my concerns have been dismissed—by both local and federal authorities. They ignore the blatant Anti-Palestinian racism at play. They refuse to acknowledge the pattern. Enough is enough. I need your help to put an end to this. Because if they can do this to me, they can do it to anyone. How many more times do we have to be treated like a criminal just for existing?

How can anyone watch a video like this and still deny that Zionism is a vehicle for oppression and terror? Hearing an Australian woman’s voice while watching her be manhandled by Itamar Ben-Gvir and Israeli forces genuinely made me sick to my core. These were activists attempting to break a blockade and deliver aid to starving civilians in Gaza Strip. They were not armed. They were not a threat. Yet they were treated with force and intimidation for trying to show humanity. How can any decent person defend this? The Australian Government must take a stand and expel the Israeli ambassador. Silence in the face of oppression is complicity. Demand their release.

Almost a year ago, my home was firebombed. Nearly a year and a half ago, my business was burned to the ground. To this day, not a single person has been arrested for the attack on my home. The police have declared it “no longer an active investigation.” No justice. No accountability. No answers. And worst of all—it was never even called what it truly is: a hate crime and a terrorist attack. Our so-called leaders—local and federal—are quick to condemn anti-Semitic graffiti, rushing to say, “There’s no room for hate or discrimination in our country.” But where was that outrage when my family was nearly burned alive? Why is justice selective? Why is my family’s suffering ignored? I refuse to be silent. I refuse to let this be swept under the rug. I will not stop until those responsible are caught, charged, and punished. My family deserves justice. We deserve closure. And I will remind everyone, over and over again, until that day comes.

Yesterday I was found to have “incited hatred”. I walked out of that decision disturbed not just for myself, but for what it means for freedom of political speech in Australia. This was never about attacking a religion. It was about political advocacy, about speaking out against injustice, and about a movement built on peace, equality and humanity. If political criticism can be redefined as hate depending on who interprets it, then every protest movement in this country should be paying attention. I will be appealing. Not because this is about me alone, but because the precedent this creates affects everyone who believes in the right to speak out. I have already spent over $200,000 defending legal battles connected to my advocacy. The fight continues, and I cannot do it alone. Who Remembers the Day Burgertory Was Burned to the Ground? Brandon Fein—a name deliberately buried by the police, silenced by the media, and shielded by the powerful Zionist lobby in one of the most blatant and disgraceful modern-day Australian cover-ups, you were led to believe Brandon died. In the aftermath of that tragic day, the police, media, and figures like Avi Yemini spun a false narrative, claiming Brandon had taken his own life and succumbed to his injuries. They didn’t stop there—they smeared not just me, but the entire Palestinian community, cruelly insinuating that we were somehow responsible for this “young man’s suicide.” This wasn’t about justice. This wasn’t about truth. It was a calculated campaign to silence those who dared to speak out against hate, incitement, and violence. But truth has a way of resurfacing. Almost a year later, the same Brandon Fein, who was supposedly dead and buried, rose from the ashes to violently smash the storefront of a pro-Palestinian woman’s business in St Kilda. So I ask: How far will this government go? How low will the police stoop? How much more corruption, dishonesty, and intimidation will they weaponise against those calling for justice, equality, and peace? This isn’t just about one man. This isn’t just about one business. This is about a system that protects the aggressor and punishes the victim. Enough is enough. It’s time to call it what it is—an orchestrated effort to silence dissent and protect the interests of the powerful, no matter the cost. Don’t allow them to make us forget! Today marks a significant win. His Honour carefully considered every argument raised at the last hearing and has now issued a 17 page written decision, publicly published to set precedent. Critically, the ruling makes it clear that the prosecution must prove, beyond reasonable doubt, that our words were intended to offend. They were not. Our words were, and remain, an act of protest. A stand for justice, equality, and freedom. A call to bring attention to the atrocities being committed, not an attempt to vilify or demean. If some choose to be offended by the pursuit of justice or by standing against oppression, that speaks to their own conscience, not our intent or our humanity. The case continues, but today’s decision reinforces what we have said from the beginning. Truth matters. Intent matters. And the law matters. I remain extremely confident that this process will end with a fair and just outcome.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese , your silence on injustice is deafening. You condemn some acts of terror while ignoring others, allowing division and fear to grow. Where is your outrage when homes are firebombed, school buses torched, and lives shattered by hatred? Australia needs a leader who unites, not divides. Be fair. Be just. Call out all acts of terror, no matter who they target. Bring the people together, heal the wounds, and stand for a nation built on unity—not segregation. It’s time to lead with courage and compassion. Will you answer the call? ABC News 9News Australia 7NEWS Melbourne The Age White Rose Society (Australia) Robert Martin 🇵🇸 The Irish Times Theo

I know many of you didn’t take 2 minutes and 20 seconds out of your lives to watch my last court case update. So here’s the shortened version—the part you must hear. This is the message that needs to be screen-recorded, shared, and sent directly to your local and federal MPs. We are living in the middle of a crisis. We are walking among war criminals—those who have starved and murdered innocent men, women, and children. And yet, they walk free. If this makes you as uncomfortable as it makes me, then don’t just scroll. Do something about it.

🚨 WATCH THE FULL VIDEO COURT CASE UPDATE. Today was the fourth time I’ve been dragged before the courts over charges that are as baseless as they are political. These charges were never about justice. They were designed to make an example of me—to instil fear into a community that has refused to back down for the last two years. As you watch this, ask yourself, how is it fair that those of us standing for justice are silenced, punished, and humiliated in courtrooms, while those who openly support and enable war crimes are given free passes? History will remember these moments. And it will remember us not for wavering, but for standing firm when it mattered most. We are not afraid. We are not backing down. We are fighting the right fight, and the world is watching.
