A friend shared this video. This was as a result of Houthi missiles hitting an airport in Riyadh. You can see a man in Ihram has been bloodied by it. Don’t tell us these terrorist Houthis are doing it for Islam. They are misguided at best. And at worst they are hand-in-glove with the enemies of Islam. May God crush this fitnah and make them an example for all times to come just like their ancestors, the Qaramitah, were.

Bro, I don’t know what sort of explosives these Yemeni Armed Forces are using, but this is some serious destructive force! For the life of me, I couldn’t see any projectiles either? Are these IEDs? Or worse yet, are these some of the abandoned NRF vehicles that may have been booby-trapped? 🤔

Saudi-backed Yemeni forces have an interesting few weeks coming up in the North-Eastern axis as they push towards Sana’a and Sa’dah from Majzar. In the first pic you see Majzar in the red-dotted line and will notice that its Western boundary with Sana’a is all hilly mountains. The main artery that gives Majzar access to Sana’a via road (grey inside the red-dotted line) is the Al-Jawf Junction that is surrounded by mountains. This is where Houthi’s outer defensive lines are that will need to be breached to move into Sana’a. Given this topography, this entire road will be open to ambush all the way to Sana’a. But this is not the only direction that Yemeni coalition forces are taking en route to Sana’a (and Sa’dah). Notice in pic 1 a city that links Sana’a and Sa’dah - aptly named “Huth” (حوث) located in the Amran Governorate. This is where the Houthis originally hail from (Houthi literally means People of Huth). Capturing this city will cut-off the Houthi forces direct and shortest link to Sana’a. What is even more interesting is that unlike Majzar-to-Sana’a, that will require Yemeni Coalition forces to breakthrough layers of mountains, Majzar-to-Huth is an easier terrain - relatively plain lands with fewer hills and a serviceable road (Al-Hazm Junction). In the second pic (screen grab) you will see the mostly flat lands leading from Al-Hazm into Huth. Al-Hazm right now is in the hands of the Houthis. However, we might see that change in the coming days/weeks as fighting rages on the outskirts of Al-Hazm. So, before reaching Sana’a and Sa’dah, Saudi-backed Coalition might be making a pit stop at Huth. Let’s see.
