dj: there are a lot of idols who write/produce music these days right? among them, is there anyone who stands out to you that you think is really good? 👤maybe i'm biased but there’s a friend named heeseung.. he’s really good at writing and composing and he also sings really well. 👥 his singing is just on another level 👤he's genuinely very good at singing. that’s why it’s honestly such a shame that this side of him isn’t being shown more. thers’s a reason why producers like APRO always speaks so highly of heeseung. his solo album is gonna be soooooo good

#EVAN about BOF festival and seeing so many evers show up for him 😭😭😭 🦌 even though it was a festival all the way in busan which is quite far away… so many evers came just to see me and watch my performance. i’m really not joking. i was honestly… really shocked. 🦌 and whether a lot of people came or not, you only really find out once you step onto the stage right? before that, i had seen some evers posting on social media saying, “why are there so many evers here?” and i remember thinking, “really? how many people could there possibly be?” 🦌 but when i actually got up on stage, there were so many evers holding up “EVAN” signs and cheering for me.and something else that really stayed with me was seeing photos on social media of people holding up my flag. 🦌 seeing everyone cheer for me with so much passion made me feel… like this was something that shouldn’t even be possible. evers made the impossible happen. so i’m really, really grateful.

🦌 i think burgundy/wine color suits me too. wine color just… seems to go well with everything. colors in the red family are a bit… well red is such a strong and intense color the moment you see it right. 🦌 so when you dye your hair that color, it feels like it might make your image even more intense. 🦌 i don’t think my face looks that strong or sharp so it kind of balances things out. (*he’s saying his features are softer so the strong hair color ends up balancing his overall look instead of making him look overly intense)

the radio DJs were shocked to see the photo of evan’s busking event and the number of people that turned up for it 😭 👤 there was a busking performance at mulbit stage. it was evan’s very first busking…. wow, it was livestreamed and 10,000 people tuned in?? 10,000 people watched it? how many people came in person? 🦌 we originally had about 300 people to sit in the chairs.. but there were also people who came separately to watch from behind 👤 if someone saw this, they’d think it was AI generated. how are there so many people packed in so tightly.. 🦌 *laughs* ahh it was such a great experience and the weather was so nice 👤*still shocked* that’s not even a busking performance anymore. that’s basically a concert!

Q. in one word, what does EVER mean to EVAN 🦌 motivation. i’ll make that my answer. having something that motivates me is what really keeps me going. for example, no matter how talented someone is or how well they’re using that talent.. i don’t think i would’ve had enough motivation if my fans weren’t here with me. even now, if there weren’t people who genuinely worry about me, support me, love me and listen to my music… i don’t think i’d have enough motivation #EVAN

line distribution is decided by producers after hearing everyone’s recordings. they pick the voices that fit each section best. so if one member consistently gets chosen for more lines.. it really just just comes down to skill and who is best equipped to carry it. how is that heeseung’s fault if he gets chosen as the best fit? i will never understand why it’s controversial for the MAIN VOCALIST to have longer lines

heeseung daesang acceptance speech: 🦌 engenes, honestly… during these five years, there were moments when I wondered if we’d really be able to make it all the way here. but now that it’s right in front of my eyes, it feels surreal. all the time the seven of us spent working hard keeps coming back to me, and when I think about whether we could’ve reached this moment without engenes… I don’t think we could have at all. with constant gratitude toward engenes, I’ll carry all the honor and emotions you’ve given me, and we’ll work hard to show you new sides of us and an improved version of ourselves without holding anything back. engenes you really make me such a happy person. someone did an analysis of the high note heeseung improvised for karma. he was able to do a five part high note run with seamless transitions all the way without any strain.. all while sitting down too! and he did it again with another four part run with perfect control.
