This despite the prosecutor telling the court time and time again that he can’t be here on Monday at all and if he is here it will be much later. Their bail application was meant to be heard today, but because of outstanding matters and issues it’s been moved to Thursday. His suspension will most likely be lifted, awaiting a report and if it does indeed confirm what he said, Adv Mothibi will decide. Adv Mothibi confirms that Prosecutor Ntaba’s life was under threat.
