It’s definitely just a coincidence. This design wasn’t copied from that screen. it was the direction we had in mind from the start. We actually approached it by figuring out how to transition the mascot into the clock, rather than the clock into the mascot. And it’s very common design, the one I called out have copied everything from colors to every element.
