cerita alasan jeonghan rutin pergi yoga: bahunya jeonghan dulu sakit bgt sampe ga bisa angkat lengan. waktu promosi Maestro beneran sakit bgt smpe ga bisa angkat lenganㅠㅠ kan sampai absen byk part di choreonya jg. pas enlistment dijadwalin operasi bahu sama rehab trs org di kantornya rekomendasiin tempat studio yoga yg masih dia datengin sampe sekarang, disana jg diksh tau ternyata masalahnya bukan bahu tp pelvis(panggul) nya jeonghan ga seimbang😭😭 dia hrs terus koreksi pelvis dan abis selesai wamil bahunya udh membaik smpe ga perlu operasi lg🥹 tp krn keluar wamil jh sibuk 4 minggu ga yoga, bahunya mulai sakit lagi jd dia harus bgt rutin yoga biar ga sakit lg(poor babie😭) segala cara jh lakuin rutin olahraga, yoga, segala ke tmpt pengobatan tradisional korea juga. 👼: everyone, make sure to take good care of any misalignment in your body it might goes like that as you get older... semangat terus yoga nya jeonghan🥲🫶

🍒: It's not bad to film with your phone during the performance, but when you come to Japan, you can enjoy the show even more by immersing yourself a little deeper. It made me really happy to see the faces of all the Carats instead of just cameras. Please look at my face too and gain strength from it! this is why cheol said that bcs as you can see, tons of carats at the venue were just waving their caratbongs without using their phones...just enjoying the performance. If you were here, you could actually feel and see everyone's happy faces when they saw SVT. It's a very heartwarming sight🥹🫶

jeonghan still studying japanese, but he said he intentionally doesn't study too hard because he knows that if he takes it too seriously, he'll end up not studying at allㅋㅋㅋhis teacher doesn't even tell him to memorize things or give him homework🤣🤣 he knows more things and can understand more but he keeps getting similar words confused with each other. he said it will get better as time goes by but it makes him feel like his japanese has actually gotten worse lol😭😭but he's doing pretty well sticking with it consistently. rightt consistently studying is improtant when you're learning a language!! you're doing well jeonghan-ah!!!👏👏ganbatte ne😆
