🚨🚨 Urgent Alert❗️ The #HindRajabFoundation has verified information that Israel is imminently attempting to smuggle suspected Israeli war criminal Yuval Vagdani out of Brazil, because of a Brazilian court order for police to take investigative measures against him. There are also indications that evidence is being destroyed. This is not only a scandal but an affront to Brazil’s sovereignty and rule of law. Israel has employed similar tactics before. 🚨 The #HindRajabFoundation, CLAIHR (@CLAIHR.bsky.social), ICJP, and The Legal Centre for Palestine have filed a legal conplaint against Guy Hochman. The video shows one of our lawyers hand-delivering an urgent request to CBSA at Toronto Pearson Airport to deny him entry. If Hochman is already in Canada, a criminal complaint has also been filed. Genocidal rhetoric is not art, not free speech, and not protected under Canadian law. No safe haven for those who are complicit with Israel's atrocities.
