A lifelong learner and a student of many passions yesterday I received my 2ND advanced degree - a Doctorate in Health Policy from George Washington University School of Nursing. I am grateful to Allahu SWA for the life opportunities I’ve enjoyed along with purposeful and needed challenges along the way. The moment called for a STRONG, confident stance, one that emphasized our unwavering commitment to SOVEREIGNTY and territorial integrity. President could have used well known examples, such as how Türkiye handles separatist movements like PKK, to put our position into perspective and counter the narrative of the secessionist enclave in Hargeisa. Unfortunately, president’s response lacked CLARITY and CONVICTION, exposing a serious gap in preparation. This underscores the vital importance of surrounding oneself with capable, strategic advisors who ensure you come across as INFORMED, CONFIDENT, and aligned with the national interest.
