Easy tri-tip bites with homemade Chimichurri sauce Homemade Chimichurri Sauce Recipe - 1 bunch cilantro (chopped) - 1 bunch flat leaf parsley (chopped) - 1/2 red bell pepper (diced) - 1 shallot (diced) - 3-4 cloves garlic (minced) - 2 TBSP red wine vinegar - 1/4 cup olive oil - 1 tsp kosher salt - 1 tsp cracked black pepper Directions: 1. Combine cilantro, parsley, red bell pepper, shallot and garlic in a bowl. 2. Add the red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Allow to set for at least one hour before serving.
