Senegalese lawmakers have passed a draconian bill doubling the maximum sentence for same sex conduct and criminalizing any perceived "promotion" of homosexuality. Every person is entitled to the protection of their rights regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. President Bassirou Diomaye Faye should not sign this bill into law.
