$250K car damaged at the stereo shop?! 🤯 Waited 5 weeks, paid $15K, and now I gotta fix THEIR mess?! 🚫 After they had my car for over 5 weeks, I finally picked it up, only to notice the windshield washer fluid light was on. I bought a gallon of fluid, but by the next morning, it had all leaked out. On top of that, my rear speakers weren’t working properly. I contacted Robert and told him about the issues, letting him know I’d be bringing the car back so he could see for himself. He claimed the technician was nowhere near the tank and basically said they had nothing to do with it. Brushing off a minor issue like that after I spent $15,000 is crazy and shows poor customer service. I patiently waited over 5 weeks for the job to be completed, only to find out I now have to spend even more money on repairs. Integrity goes a long way, especially in business.
