Coming up on #UnpopularOpinion today at 6pm. Paul O’Sullivan, a man who is the common denominator in an extraordinary number of South Africa’s controversies and yet another disturbing allegation. IT expert Litisha Richardson, who is currently litigating against the SA Police Service 🇿🇦 over allegedly unpaid services amounting to R65 million. According to Richardson, O’Sullivan wanted to represent her pro bono, claiming he would approach General Shadrack Sibiya to have the money paid from what he described as a “slush fund.” But there was allegedly a catch: Richardson and her associates were expected to “donate 10 percent” of whatever they recovered to O’Sullivan’s company. Do the maths: 10% of R65 million is R6.5 million. So the question is simple: was this really about helping a client recover money owed to her or was there another financial arrangement behind the scenes?
