🚨Roller Coaster Fatality at Six Flags Over Georgia Tragedy struck outside Atlanta on Monday after a man fell to his death from the Goliath roller coaster at Six Flags Over Georgia. In an official statement, park management expressed that they were "deeply saddened by the guest incident," noting that park staff and local emergency responders acted immediately. Witnesses described a harrowing scene. One visitor said that the falling man was accidentally captured in their souvenir park photo, recounting, “He was in our pictures. He fell and hit the car three different times.” The devastating accident left terrified riders stranded on an incline and forced a complete evacuation of the amusement park. Police have identified 42 Hassan Jihad Ibn Kariem, an educator with Atlanta Public Schools who worked at Wesley International Academy, visited Six Flags Over Georgia with his wife and two children. Around 3:50 p.m., Hassan and his son boarded Goliath a massive, high speed coaster towering 200 feet in the air and reaching speeds up to 70 mph with a single lap bar securing riders According to witness accounts, toward the end of the ride, Hassan was suddenly ejected from his seat. One rider described a chilling scene, stating he appeared to "levitate sideways" before falling and striking parts of the structure multiple times on the way down. Four other people on the ride sustained injuries during the incident, and Hassan’s body ultimately came to rest on the roof of a nearby haunted house attraction. The exact cause of the tragedy remains under investigation. In response to the incident, Six Flags has temporarily closed nine roller coasters across six of its amusement parks while reviews are conducted. About Goliath: Opened in 2006, the Goliath roller coaster is one of the park’s premier attractions. According to official park details: Speed & Height: Reaches a top speed of 70 mph (113 kph) and a towering height of 200 feet (61 meters). The Experience: Spans roughly 3.5 minutes, taking riders through razor-sharp turns and soaring over colossal hills. To get a sense of the coaster's sheer scale and speed, visitor Justin Kirby captured this point-of-view footage using his Meta smart glasses during a previous ride. #SixFlags #GoliathRollerCoaster #AmusementParkSafety #RollerCoaster #NewsUpdate

🚨A former Ohio teacher broke down in tears after a judge unexpectedly sentenced her to jail time during her sentencing hearing. Hannah Freeman, 28, a former fourth grade teacher at Ranger High Tech Academy in North Ridgeville, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges including disorderly conduct, obstructing official business, and possessing criminal tools following a breakup with her ex-boyfriend. Police reports revealed she had used license plate readers to track him, following him to work at least 33 times over 19 days, and stole roughly $1,100 worth of items from his vehicle. While Freeman and her defense counsel anticipated probation based on a plea deal with prosecutors, Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge David Matia exercised judicial discretion, ordering her to serve seven days in county jail alongside 18 months of community control, GPS monitoring, and mental health counseling. When her defense attorney objected, stating they had an agreed sentence with the state, Judge Matia responded: "Didn't ask me. Sorry. Your bad practice is not my problem." Freeman visibly sobbed in court as officers escorted her into custody to begin serving her time. Freeman is expected to complete her 18-month community control (probation) sentence in January 2027. #HannahFreeman #OhioNews #CourtroomDrama

🚨There is an incredibly dark side to modern internet culture that we need to talk about. Witnesses report that during the tragic roller coaster accident that claimed Hassan’s life, an automatic souvenir ride camera captured his fall. Now, an image claiming to show that exact moment is circulating online, with people joking about his clothing shifting during the fall. Let’s be completely clear: A man was losing his life. He had no control over what was happening to his body or what was caught on camera. There is something profoundly heartbreaking about someone’s final, most vulnerable moments being stripped of dignity and turned into internet entertainment especially when his son reportedly witnessed the tragedy firsthand. Imagine knowing a photo of your father’s final seconds is being passed around and mocked by strangers. Hassan deserves to be remembered for the life he lived, not reduced to a viral meme in death. Stop sharing the photo. Give his family the privacy and compassion they deserve, and let him rest in peace. A friend of the man who died in the roller coaster accident at Six Flags makes a direct appeal to the public and reporters. She strongly urges people to stop sharing any photos of his body and demands that these images be scrubbed from the internet. #Humanity #Respect #RestInPeace #HaveSomeDecency #ProtectFamilies #BeKind #SupportTheFamily 🎥atiyyanadirah

🚨 TROOPER SHOT AND KILLED 2 DOGS THEN CHANGED HIS STORY Just minutes after shooting and killing Bonnie and Clyde, the North Carolina state trooper was already explaining what happened. Except his story kept shifting. "I'd already shot it." Multiple versions. Changing timelines. From the very same officer. Listen to what he said on the recording. Then watch the video and decide for yourself who is telling the truth. BONNIE & CLYDE Necropsy: three gunshot wounds in each dog. #BonnieAndClyde #PoliceAccountability #BodyCam #NorthCarolina

🚨 A judge ordered police shooting footage locked away. The owner released it anyway. ⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING!!! In North Carolina, a State Highway Patrol trooper responded to a car break in and ended up shooting and killing two dogs, Bonnie and Clyde. The owner, Lydia Nikac, fought to get the footage. The court finally let her and her attorney view it under one strict condition: they were legally barred from releasing or distributing it to the public. The reason given? Ongoing investigations and protecting the "fair and orderly administration of justice." Ask yourself: Was this restriction about protecting an investigation? Or was it to shield law enforcement from the public backlash of looking really bad on camera? The backstory of this incident stems from events that took place on October 5, 2024, in Washington, North Carolina: A man broke into a vehicle on the property of Lydia Nikac, who is a professional dog trainer. Nikac called 911 and used her two trained Belgian Malinois dogs, Bonnie and Clyde, to help corner and detain the suspect to keep him from fleeing. North Carolina State Highway Patrol Trooper Justin Matt Maness arrived at the scene. According to accounts of the incident, the trooper instructed Nikac to control her dogs, but quickly opened fire, discharging multiple shots that killed both Bonnie and Clyde. While the Highway Patrol contended that the trooper acted in self defense, witnesses and advocates argued that the dogs were running away or that the use of lethal force was entirely unjustified. When Nikac sought accountability, she fought to obtain the dashcam and bodycam footage. A trial judge permitted Nikac and her attorney to view the recordings under North Carolina's strict law enforcement recording statutes, but placed a strict gag order prohibiting them from releasing or distributing the footage publicly without further court approval. The Appeal: Nikac’s legal team challenged the restriction on First Amendment grounds, arguing that once she possessed the footage, she should have the right to share it. However, the North Carolina Court of Appeals upheld the restriction, ruling that the trial judge acted within his legal discretion because law enforcement recordings are not automatically open public records under state law. The bodycam footage was released anyway. This legal clash sits at the center of ongoing debates regarding police accountability, transparency, and the strict hurdles citizens face when trying to make public evidence involving law enforcement conduct. #NorthCarolina #PoliceAccountability #Transparency #FirstAmendment #LawEnforcement #PublicRecords #DogShooting

🚨CRIME SCENE EVIDENCE RELEASED/ LINDSAY CLANCY CASE A closer look at the primary evidence and crime scene photographs captured at the Clancy residence following the tragic deaths of Cora, Dawson, and Callan. While written reports outline the facts, these images provide a critical, clearer visual context of the physical environment investigators encountered. The photographic evidence spans the interior and exterior of the property, highlighting several key focal points: The Basement: Images show the area in substantial disarray, with bags, equipment, and household items scattered throughout. A distinct bloodstain is visible on the carpet. Exercise/Resistance Bands: Multiple resistance bands and handles were photographed in various rooms. These items are central to the prosecution's case, as resistance bands were identified as the ligatures used on the children. Primary Bedroom: Detailed photographs document blood droplets and spatter on the hardwood flooring near the bed and surrounding areas. Upstairs Window: The second-story window associated with Lindsay’s fall was documented extensively from both inside and outside. Exterior photographs reveal reddish staining along the window frame and the white trim below. Ground Level (Below the Window): Shots of the snow-covered ground directly beneath the entry point show discarded medical supplies, evidence markers, and areas of reddish discoloration. Evidence & Apparel: Multiple pieces of Lindsay’s clothing, including pants and other garments, were individually photographed and cataloged into evidence. Overall Property Layout: Comprehensive wide shots map out the structural connection between the basement, stairwells, bedrooms, living spaces, and exterior access points, establishing the exact spatial timeline of the scene.

🚨 CRITICAL DEVELOPMENT: The Search for Nancy Guthrie The disturbing investigation into the kidnapping of 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie has taken a critical turn as searchers zero in on a chilling piece of evidence: her pajamas. When the elderly mother of journalist Savannah Guthrie was ripped from her Tucson home in the dead of night leaving doors propped open and a trail of forensic evidence behind she was wearing nothing but her pajamas. No shoes. No phone. No life-saving medication. Now, search volunteers have discovered a pajama top discarded on a patch of disturbed land along Highway 79, about 30 minutes north of the crime scene. This follows an earlier discovery of women's sleepwear found abandoned near her neighborhood. The FBI and Pima County Sheriff’s Department are actively analyzing the clothing. While forensic confirmation is still pending, the location of this item could provide investigators with a crucial geographic timeline of where her abductors traveled. The question remains: Is this the breakthrough investigators need among 50,000 leads, or a heartbreaking false trail? 🚨UPDATE: NEW DETAILS IN THE NUMMERDOR CASE: ERIK NUMMERDOR’S STATEMENTS TO POLICE AND PUBLIC TIMELINE The explosive legal battle involving Malia Nummerdor continues to unfold, centered around public accusations made by her estranged husband, Erik Nummerdor. Here is the breakdown of how the allegations came to light and what Erik told investigators: September 11, 2026: Erik first brought the allegations to light via Facebook, claiming in public posts and comment threads that he caught his wife engaging in sexual acts with the family dog, Ranger, inside their home asserting he had photo and video proof. September 14, 2026 : Days later, Erik sat down for a formal, sworn interview with Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office Detective Donald Woelke. Under oath, he reiterated his claims and handed over a laptop, surveillance footage, and digital screenshots to law enforcement. Explaining how the footage was captured, Erik stated he originally installed two indoor cameras including one in the bedroom specifically to catch someone stealing money from a household coin jar. He maintained that the bedroom camera was completely visible, featured a blinking red light, and was known to everyone in the house. While Erik insists the recordings are definitive proof of illegal acts, Malia's defense team and supporters strongly dispute the claims, arguing that he utilized older 2024 footage to frame her out of retaliation and vengeance. #NummerdorCase #MaliaNummerdor

🚨Conflicting Accounts of Hunter Metcalf's Involvement Hunter Metcalf gave two TV interviews in the 24 hours after his brother Austin Metcalf was killed. What he said in those interviews doesn’t match what this jury has been hearing all week. On April 2, Hunter said “WE asked him to move.” Not Austin. On April 3, Hunter said he was the first to approach Karmelo, not Austin. Austin then “stepped up” and “tried to handle the problem.” Hunter also said “he grabbed the bag.” It’s unclear who “he” refers to. At trial, multiple witnesses testified Hunter was not involved. One witness was asked directly and the answer was “No.” A defense witness from Metcalf’s own school (who didn’t want to be there) confirmed Hunter spoke first, both brothers stood up while Karmelo remained seated, Austin threatened to “beat his a–,” climbed 5 rows, tapped Karmelo on the shoulder, then grabbed him with both hands. That’s when Karmelo’s hand came out the bag. The state never called Hunter Metcalf to the stand. Isn't that a question worth asking? 🎥 WFAA Fox News @ docketdiva
