I need to know, are there people who actually enjoy watching a movie like this?

A few people have asked what I think about GTA6 - honestly it looks decent but it's shocking how little game tech has changed in the *13 years* since GTA5

For many people, this is fixed by disabling "improved input response" but for me I am still getting 5-10fps on minimum render distance.
