There are running battles between the locals the security personnel with a lot of Gunfire to disperse the angry crowd. Whatever was going through this man’s mind when he committed this horrendous crime is perplexing. May the souls of the little ones RIP

Dear Mr. President Yoweri K Museveni please heed to the people’s cries and intervene … you’ve encouraged us to think outside just getting employed and creating a way for ourselves and when we do .. there is still a problem, the people have cried enough .. a permanent solution and compensation to all those who have lost is needed. I love how westerners support their artists … the number of Global Coach buses coming to Kampala bringing people for the T-Paul concert is just amazing .. this is something I want for my fellow artists from WestNile and greater North, and I’ll make it happen. I’ve found out the missing ingredient.
